All is fine and good for a short or long stay. Staff helpful.
We are 5 peoples on a room, the only thing I not happy is when they do room service, they did not tidy the bed on the top which I slept, they rest( under, and two bed is side by side). Mainly I guess is easy to tidy bottom one compare to top. When I back at night, all bed is tidy except mine which make me real not happy.
nice location and easy distance to centre and transport
Decorating the hallway and door on the day of my arrival. When I tried to get in my room they were decorating and I had to step over the paint, covers and around steps. After entering the room I found I had paint all down the arm of my jacket from the door which had just been painted with no signs or warning from the decorators that they had painted it. the same evening I ended up with paint all down the arm of my hoodie too off the hallway walls. A very strange thing to do when the rooms are in use and when I complained to the reception staff all I got was do you want a tissue? Not good
Close to trams so made transport into town easy
No ventilation in the rooms at all! Very cramped and low budget, carpets & walls filthy dirty. Very noisy!
Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet.
Good price Private room but hostel vibe to place
Slightly smelly Lift is small and slow
i don't like being right in the centre of any city, so staying 2 or stops out was fine w/ me. especially as it is nicely located between the augustiner restaurant and the augustiner biergarten which is just a short walk over hackerbrücke. it is also in the west end which is a nice up and coming hipster area w/ some interesting food and local pubs.
Within walking distance of city centre.
Quite noisy with intermittent groups on people running around, banging on doors and shouting. Staff do not seem to believe that this is happening unless it is observed by them.
the clean of the room the staff the location the free wifi
Great location to Oktoberfest!
Extremely dirty facilities in the lobby, very loud in the hallways, people sleeping in the garage and lobby, pretty far from city center, not very friendly staff, extremely too expensive for what this hostel hotel offers.
The location, The staff, almost everything.
There was no airconditioning on level 2. We had sleep with The Windows open. But faced a main road. Didnt get good qaulity sleep.
nice staff and not expensive.great for backpackers and low budget.
the elevator is too small and slow.
great price and nice staff. a kitchen for guests.
located near Hacker Bridge station, and need to take S-bahn for about 5 min to get Munich main station first if you have a transfer to take long-distance train.
Great location and decent price even during Oktoberfest.
Our room was right above the hotel bar that blared thumping dance music after quiet hours.
We were not happy with the stay at all. Nothing to drink out of, had to drink from the faucet. Saw bugs crawling on the drain in the bathroom. Not clean.
Good value for money compared with many other city hotels Everything in the room worked
Booked a double room and got a twin one Room didn't quite match the pictures on the website -a little older in real life The room was quite dusty The window only opened a little bit at the top, fortunately it wasn't that warm when we were there but if it had been we would have struggled without air con or a fan. It was a fair old walk from the centre but we could have worked this out when we booked. We went for breakfast about 30 minutes before closing, it hadn't been replenished and there wasn't much left.
The location was nice and it was convenient to have a parking garage.
We arrived at check-in (3pm) and after driving for 5hrs had to wait 1.5hrs for our room to be ready! The staff was rude and did nothing after 45 minutes of waiting. I wouldn't suggest staying here with young children. This is more of a hostel then a hotel. The worst part was the bedding, everything was stained with pee and smelled AWFUL. The breakfast was ok, but not worth 5,60€ in my opinion. The staff was rude anytime we had a question about the city and were not helpful. It's a non-smoking hotel and there were teenagers constantly smoking in their rooms. It was an overall horrible experience.
Location near the rail station was ideal, only a short 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was reasonably priced and the facilities were clean and comfortable.
ELIVATOR , TEMPITURE OF INDOORS. STREET NOISE
the room berlin unlike meininger this was bigger and had the extra bed. the beds were comfortable unlike the pillows used to read and not sleeping. our room overlooking the Landsberger Strasse should have better sound absorbing.
very small and slow elevator, should be improved and also add a second elevator. the light in the room was dim and sparse.
Friendly and helpful staff
If you don't check-in early probably you will not find a place in the garage (8 eur per night), I had to find a park on the nearby street (free from 23pm to 8am); There is only one small elevator and you need to wait a very long time to take it; bathroom extremely small; breakfast not included
Short tram ride to Munich center and close to train station. Excellent reccomendation from one member of staff for dinner at a local beer garden.
The room was well used and unkempt. The beds were poor quality and there was to much noise causing a general lack of sleep.
close to train station, simple breakfast, good WIFI. good for family with children which do not look for fancy hotel
Elevator is crowded and occupied most of the time
it is a Meininger but lookd little old :) staff is really friendly and helpful and smiley. you can rent bike from the hostel.
the hostel should be renovated soon...
room is cozy and organized
quite some noise from the road beside the hotel at night
Modern clean room, nice staff, not expensive price.
No wardrobe. Not stable wi-fi
