Oersonalul hotelului deosebit de amabil si profesionist,mic dejun de calitate ,curatenie ,parcare privata ,amplasarea in apropierea statiei de metrou si tramvai ferestrele necesita ample reparatii |

It was so close to Oktoberfest, the staff were very nice and the internet was very accessible. The bar in the hotel is also great for after hours partying. There's a laundry room onsite that came in handy for some of those in our group. |

the hotel is in fantastic location for Octoberfest (less than 10 min walk!) and 10 to 15 min walk to city centre. The price was reasonable for october fest time, other hotels were 1/3 more expensive. You have to wait always in reception. Staff treats one as a student! I think the hostel should have more staff in reception for pick hours and dates. For octoberfest it was great! remember it is a hostel, simple and convinient, do not expect luxury. it looks as a university halls of residents. |

Excellent staff and front desk. Good basic rooms, comfortable and clean. Lots of room and good bathrooms. As we were a family the fact it was more geared as a hostel with lots of young travellers would have been a relevant point to mention. However it was fine and not too much noise from the other guests. |

The room was very clean, there were shutters on the windows that blocked out sunlight in the mornings, and the breakfast was good value. There are lots of groups of teens at the hotel, which were running around and making lots of noise until 1:00am on some nights. |

Excellent location, two or three blocks from train stop, you can get from there in 5min to the central station, and connect with the rest of the city. Also, in front of the hotel, there is a beer factory (Agustiner Beer) with a restorant and pub, excellent food and drinks! |

Very friendly staff, close to city center. The only suggestions - please, do something about noise insulation. It seemed that cars are inside our room how noisy it was.Second - breakfast buffet should have better choices - at least a couple of fresh vegetables and some fruit were really missing. |
