Excellent room. Lots of space, clean and even one extra bed. Friendly staff with "can do" attitude. The crew was speaking fluent English. Due to the location, the connections to the city center are not that comfortable. However, taxis were easily available upon request. |

Staff spoke good english and were helpful, being in rooms away from main building ensured that there would be no noise from any other residents, (Not to say we noticed any) No coffee making facilities in room. |

Perfect location (close to the forest and close enough to the city center), easy to reach by car and fairly easy by public transport. It is possible to rent a bike from the hotel, which is convenient and cheap. It takes about 20 minutes to cycle to the city center. They state that you can access wireless internet in all rooms, which is in fact not entirely true (only in the main building). This may be relevant for business travelers. |

The room was not aired properly. I was given a smooking room that smelled really bad. The light fixture in the room by the bed was a fire hazard. It had burned a big hole on the wooden bed board which was not repaired. |
