Room was clean and beds are comfortable.The price is cheap.

Every door do not open and shut smoothly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, good bathroom, nice breakfest.

They should offer a map and instructions for guests prior to their arrival, because it's not very easy to get there on your own with public transport if it's your first time in town.

Easy to reach by tram. There is a walkway to the city cener by the river. Great views! Recommend.

The lady at the reception was very helpful, the breakfast was well served. The check in was very fast and easy. The rooms were fine, extremely clean. It is like 4 kilometers away from the touristic area, but there is a nice walking path along the river.

The WiFi advertised doesn't work in the building I was in. The tv didn't work at all, and after reporting it, nothing seemed to change.

THe staff were well informed and helpful. I liked the location and that there was a communal kitchen.

Staying there I have felling being at home.Excellent breakfast.If you are attending a concert in Alte Schlachthof then is a prefect place to stay.

不便な場所にあるうえ、さらに、ホテルのフロントと泊まる場所が別れている点も含めて、酷いところが多いと- 思います。帰りに朝（７時）出発するために、ホテルを出ようとした際に男の人二人が、押して入ってきて、襲- われかけました。ほんとに怖かったです。あと、部屋にシャワーとトイレがついてると書いてあったのに、部屋- をでなくてはならない点も、良くなかったです。
