Quality for a reasonable price. It is suitable for overnight stay if you are travelling from Frankfurt Hahn airport next day. |

The staff were very freindly and spoke very good English. Clean and tidy. Still being finished off in a few areas but nothing to worry about. |

Receptionists were professional, helpful, and very amiable. Nice, sober rooms, good money value. I left my nightgown there, but got very good assistance in spotting it, and getting it back on my return to the airport. Thank you. Breakfast: sliced salmon was overdue, led to digestive problems. |

We stayed twice in this hotel with our 5 year old daughter. I had asked for extra bed for her but it wasn't in the room when we arrived. Talked to the reception and they immediately gave us a bigger room without extra charge. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I also found staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. As we had had late flight on Sunday night, we found it positively surprising that on Monday morning we were still able to get breakfast just before 11am. Could easily stay in this hotel again. |

It was a small hotel which was close to the airport and the rooms were reasonably comfortable. Perfect for those catching early morning flights but not a place you'd be wanting to spend a long time in. The shuttle was a prompt service and an easy way to get to the terminal. The food service was quite slow for dinner, even though there were only 3 tables of diners in the restaurant. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet even though it was right near the airport The room was a no smoking room but smelled of cigarette smoke. |

The room was really four star hotel. Especially my wife loved decoration in the bathroom. They provided additional two beds for my children and reprinted my boarding pass. I thanked so much. Hotel spa was not ready yet. |

It was close to frankfurt hahn, the price was good,The decor was lovely it was a most enjoyable stay,and if i am in the area again i wll stay in this hotel.A most enjoyable stay. |

American traveler living in Germany....The hotel was beautiful, clean and beyond what we expected. Perfectly located to the airport (Frankfurt-Hahn) but without any of the noise...it sits quietly off the main road. The room was large, a queen sized bed with a set of bunk beds for the kids with plenty of room. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. I was impressed! |

location, lack of services, this was not a 4 star hotel may be 2 stars at the best. very small room, not even a chair or refrigrator in the room. phone out of order, no food, or access to snack at all, resturant opened 3 pmand was expensive. |

The staff and the service was excellent. It's very convinient with shuttle service and everything. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is great and the ala carte food is such that everyone can find something nice to eat. Excellent place close to airport and very relaxing place to stay e.g. between the flights. |

This is the best hotel in town. Stylish, luxury, modern, free gym, very helpful staff, fantastic room, excellent breakfast, well, expensive. Breakfast starts only at 7am, which is too late, if you departure early. The spa is set in two rooms, which you have to book in advance (too complicated). The hotel is very expensive, but it is worth it! |
