Clean Room and friendly receptionist when she was there.

Very noisy throughout the night. Impossible to stay asleep. Firstly you can hear everything from each room besides your room. There was a continuous humming noise, sounded like a heating circulation pump all the time. There was also other building noises all through the night. Then it is on a busy road with lorries loading at the rear with no double glazing so this with and all the other noises it is just absolutely impossible to sleep. There is no night staff and the reception is not open until after mid-day so no one to help or complain to! Don't stay here is my definite advise.

The room is huge, clean and equipped. Price is okay.

The hotel is literally out of the city. The train station nearby (about 200-300 meters) does not provide any schedule and information. Only two trains per hour can take you 3 stations to the city.

The girl at the reception was just incredibly friendly and helpfu. And also, very pretty! =)

The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful when they were there.

The location was desolate - in the middle of an industrial park, and therefore not good for any local bars, though there was a very good local Italian restaurant just down the the road. The hotel was not staffed after 7.00 pm at night, so arriving late you are left high and dry.

Size of family room, cleanliness and free parking.

A fine hotel, clean, organized and a great value if you’re visiting west Köln. There was a little kitchenette in the room which surprised me. The receptionist was very nice and pretty as well. Stay there!

The Hotel is located little away from Cologne center however the connectivity is well by bus and train.Bus stop is just a stones throw from the hotel.Free parking.The receptionist was very kind and nice.The hotel is very clean . The kitchnette was very nice and useful.

Internet is not free.Hotel has no lift.

The worst service I've ever met, never use the services of this hotel!!!

1. My room smelt of cigarette smoke, although the Hotel is non smoking 2. The shower head did not fit the adjustable arm/fitting properly so it did not stay in position 3. The chair was uncomfortable and too light weight to sit on for any length of time, whilst sitting on it one of the lugs holding the seat itself broke and so I could use it anymore, but there was none to tell about it 4. Early morning leavers can be heard depating and this disturbs your sleep at 4 - 5am onwards 5. There is no one at reception after 19:30 at night and no one in the morning when you leave. 6. I feel it is a little too expensive for the facilities offered, although being an Exhibition week and booking at the last minute there was little other choice in Koln itself, so from that aspect I was satisfied
