Not far from the airport by taxi. Friendly helpful staff. Nice renovated, clean room and bathroom, minibar. Free WIFI in the lobby. I would stay in National again for the city sightseeing. Came late and left early, did not use hotel’s sauna and fitness room. Internet available only in the lobby, not in the room. I'd not only mention U-bahn station, but add it's name in the description of the hotel. Expensive breakfast. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was quite impress by the large breakfast display. I have not experience anything like it. Bathroom was quite nicely design. The rooms were clean and just right for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

Nice neighborhood, close to the center, polite and friendly staff. There was no hot water, I had to ask tree times what's was going on... After 1 hour and a half the problem was solved, but when you come for just one business day wirth an early flight in the morning, all you want is a hot bath... |

The location was exellent, the hotel is located in nice area with shops, bars and restaurants, only 15 min walking to downtown and 5 min to metro station the breakfast was unnecessary huge and expensive, there are much more better options to have nice breakfast around the area |

I liked during my stay at the Hotel National first of all high quality of comfort in terms of hotel staff, location (nahe am Flughafen Dusseldorf), facilities and of course price. If I visit Dusseldorf once more I`ll stay certainly at the Hotel National. |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the Altstadt and Konigsallee. It would have been nice to have a kettle with tae and coffee in the room. |

the staff was wonderful, the room was big and great (it was non-smoking with a waterbed) - places to eat were right around the corner, it was near tram lines and taxis are easy to come by - would stay again!!! |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room was fantastic value for money, great sushi delivery service! When we left, my partner left his passport in the hotel. The hotel staff phoned us as soon as they found it and managed to get it in a taxi to us at Weeze airport. They also asked us to call when we rec'd it - it made us feel really valued as customers. |

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was home-made like and very tasty. Room and the bathroom was very comfortably furnished. Nice view from the window. Someone was smoking in the other room and the ventilation transfered the odour to our room which was very very very unpleasant making us wake up and cough at night! |

it is a very nice hotel, clean. the staff was very nice it has wireless internet only at the reception and at the bar downstairs. that meant I had to get my laptop at the reception to be able to connect. |

the staff were very helpful and most spoke good english breakfasts were great just 1 small thing our bedroom had a water bed and at no time did it was l told of this but staff did move us |
