Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Good Breakfast. Reasonable price No air condition in this humid season. Lift is useless (too small, stops in between floors=>you have to use the stairs any way). Don't expect there is fitness (only walking machine). Noise from the next building (private apartment) that people talked very loud on the balcony. The view from my room, many cigarette butts, dirty floor cloths are on the roof of the front building |

Location - lots of restaurants on my street. Staff spoke English. Great breakfast buffet. Internet was wireless and free, but did not work on the 3rd floor. Had to sit in the lobby. |

Flexible use of sauna service. Setting is comfortable like a resort. Breakfast selection too wide, can try all if only food portions are smaller. Actually, there are wide selection of entertainment & restaurants in the neighburhood, plus supermarket, very well located. Wish we checked in earlier to explore Dusseldorf. Room charge is attractive but breakfast pricing is comparatively high. Can choose to offer a la carte vs a very wide selection. Buffet is actually value for money (euro13 pp) but one can only have limited appetite. Transport from Main station is quite a distance since side roads are one-way. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would like to thank them very much for this. The rooms were also excellent value for money The lift was extremely small and struggled to fit two persons plus luggage |

The breakfast is excellent with variety food and fruits. The service of breakfast is also perfect. Meanwhile, parking in the garage is relatively cheaper. We enjoyed the 2-night stay in this hotel. Fabulous！ |

Very clean welcoming rooms, bathrooms very nice too, We had 2 rooms Free internet worked in just 1 or they said your laptop gets a good signal in the bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. We have no problem with the hotel, just a little point, It can be difficult to find if driving especially with the road signs in Germany. The Hotel is in a one way street aswell. Advice get a good map!! |

Excellent hotel for it's price. But also I should remember that price was with great discount from booking.com. Hotel is in 10 minutes from Altstadt - wich is a city center. There are 2 underground stations near the hotel. Also to get to airport from hotel by car you need only 10-15 minutes. Also very friendly staff in the hotel. I hadn't any discomfort being unable to speak German. |

Good location, adjacent to trams and underground, cafes and shops very close by, quiet area at night, pleasent staff, excellent breakfasts, recently decorated and comfortable rooms. Good value. Suitable for children. They provided extra pillows when requested. The first morning we stayed a little christmass box of Kinder chocolate was left outside the room which was a nice touch. The addition of a teamaker or kettle in the room would be welcome, though the hotel did provide complimentry bottles of water. |
