The restaurant was awesome. The service was great, the food was delicious, and very afordable; much more better than the Hotel itself. The Hotel personnel were very corteous to tell us that they couldn't help us with a fan for the room (no a/c) or to fix a burnt light bulb. |

This hotel is so close to the train station and very easy to find. Quiet. So nice to have a hotel with a lift. In common with many European hotels, our room had no air conditioning. However, this was not a problem for us as we stayed during April. |

It was a very good experience after all. The location was next to the main train station which made things easier and the staff really friendly and handy. |

The location for a city trip was just perfect. I paid just 108.00 EUR for two nights(double room)- good price. THe room was clean, but small( for the price that i paid it was good enough) At night the area seemed to be dangerous :) |

the position and the cleaning and the internet access, The parking was a joke they wanted to charge it for 15 eur but in booking.com was 10 euros and the backyard of a hotel isnt called a parking lot actually and the 10 euros is a big charge. The breakfast wasnt ok for a 4 stars hotel and the room was poor and looked old. I really how the ppl give stars in the hotels, but national isnt a 4 star hotel 3 max. |

Very convenient location to train station and the old town - historic area. We asked for rooms away from the street just in case the noise would be disturbing and we were cheerfully accommodated. We received a free welcome drink. A basic 3 star hotel. The bartender was not on duty and so reception staff had to run back and forth between the bar and reception to assist guests. |

After we complained about our original room we were moved to what would almost about pass for the deluxe double we payed for....i'd say this was a 2/3 star hotel. The first room we were given had hair in the bed, some light switches were broken, a lot of things broken and dirty, the room was two singles knocked into one another making you feel cramped in either room. In short the room was bad.The parking is a joke...the food was expensive even for frankfurt... |

Nicely furnished, clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Good selection of food available for breakfast. On the whole, very good value. The cost for parking at the hotel is a little expensive, considering its just an alleyway and causes difficulties when trying to leave as all other cars have to be moved first. |

I booked the room for 2 adults and requested an extra bed for our 12 year old son in another section of the website. When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk argued with us that there was no request for a third person and we ended up sleeping 3 people in a room meant for 2--I had to sleep on the floor with no extra bedding or pillows available!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

the furniture was nice but the cleaning procedure is not very efficient. You have to push little bit to make sure things are right. |

I feel free to move and relax with the services. But you should continue to improvr its facilities. I did not like Wlan (Internet)with its charges. It should be free as many small hotel provide without charges. Please think about it |

Close to station, quiet, good bed, excellent breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, internet connection in hall For a "Single Room De Luxe" the room was very small (but probably value for money, since the price wasn't very high (weekend)). The minibar had only 1 beer and for the rest softdrinks |

good location very friendly staff good value for money. Restaurant was not open for dinner and the opening times of the bar were very erratic, you never knew if it was going to be open. Restaurants and bars were close by so it wasn't a major problem. |
