El hotel está situado muy cerca de la Estación de trenes Hauptbahnhof (Estación Central) y andando se llega al centro de la ciudad. La limpieza correcta. La habitación era alargada y no tenía las camas una al lado de la otra. Estaban colocadas los pies de una cerca del cabecero de la otra separadas por un mueble. Es la primera vez que lo veo en un hotel aunque es cierto que en ningún momento pedimos cama doble. |

Muy cerca de la estación de tren, ideal para visitar las ciudades cercanas. Se llega andando al centro en 15 minutos. El último día te guardan las maletas hasta la hora en que te vas de la ciudad. Es como un tres estrellas normalito de España, pero correcto en todo. |

Very handy for Railway and Bus Transport.Hotel slightly faded but very good value for preice. Rooms had no AC but everything else fine,the weekend We stayed was exceptionally warm. |

The hotel was conveniently situated very close to the main station, was acceptable in terms of comfort and cleanliness and had very friendly staff. Good value for money. Wifi cost (€5) and yet the connection was very poor indeed, making emailing via my normal webmail very difficult. This is unacceptable nowadays for business travellers. |

Nice hotel ,you've just to cross the street to be in the hotel . close to metro u and s bahn, trams and busses.one of the better hotels in that neighbourhood. Not that I can remember , this wasour second time in this hotel clean and confortable , specially if you have a long stay |

The location was great, our room was tiny but clean. They were nice enough to let us check in earlier and leave later. However I didn't feel like staying in a 4 star hotel, rather in a 3 star. They couldn't serve us anything in the bar in the first evening and I found it quite ridiculous. We didn't try the breakfast because we thought it was expensive. |

For the price i've paid everything was great. Very hospitable staff, clean and cosy room and that is all i needed for my stay. Maybe the breakfast wasn't the best i could imaine but it was only 12 euro so quite normal... |

the staff were polite, the rooms are big the wall was dirty in areas in the room - made me feel that the place was unhygienic. the entrance is offputting - very old fashioned. needs a fresh coat of paint, newer carpets etc. |

So close to railway station, quiet and nice room, welcome drink. Kettle in the room for a warm coffe/tea. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and service. I ask for a non-smoking room, but there is a little bit "smoking" smell in my room.Charged Wifi signal is very weak. |

Very close to the station. Staff were helpful, allowing me to leave bag there all day. Room was clean and comortable and rate was good (when nothing on at the Messe) Not down to the hotel - I was booked for one night and attempted to see on Booking.com whether I could add an extra night. I was advised I would be contacted. 3 days later (one day before the booking started) I received a response saying that my booking had been modified (although I only had requested whether this would be possible). On arrival at the hotel, they knew nothing about the amendment, they only had me booked for one night, and were full the following night so could not fit me in. Fortunately I could manage without the extended booking. |

Location was wonderful, easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted. Room was large, with excellent soundproofing. It was very good value for money. The bath and shower was not very clean, and the room was over heated. |

I was shocked when booked over the net and paid for two rooms for 2 days only around 190 Euro!!! I was expecting something bad happens to me there, but as I said I was shocked! All rooms were new, with comfortable bads, flat screens tv, nice bathroom, service was great, People on front desk very nice, the location was just perfect I can't complain on anything for this price! Excellent. (Have no idea about food servered in the hotel because we ate breakfest in the city). |
