Check in was a breeze. Clean room and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Was a pleasure to meet and greet with the hotel bartender. A true gentleman
dirty telephone, tv chanel unit, random furniture unit in corridor, hngers forgotten on it. Detail in care and cleanliness counts. The place felt very tired. Lobby drab. Change at least the fower pots along windoe to be same. simple things make a huge difference, one feels there is care and vision and pride behind a place.Love your staff, make them feel valued and clear out the feeling of gloom. Be bright, simple, clean, happy.
The hotel allowed us early check in without extra cost
Not like any 4 star hotel I've ever stayed in. Not as advertised. No bath robes. No slippers. No tea bags. Bath room mouldy and broken. Room smelt. No parking. Husband had broken foot and concierge watched me struggle with bags x 6 and child to fourth floor. Didn't even both with the included breakfast after such a bad experience I did trust it.
In adequate toilet supplies pillow was not good otherwise ok for transiting
Internet very very very very very bad Cleaning is bad Smell of room bad Blankets is too old Reception is bad I dont know how booking. Com give this rate Realy was bad experience
Location, breakfast, price is great.
WIFI and pillow could be better
Location Helpful Staff
Really poor Wi-Fi connection
Location is very good
Wifi connection is bad
Location near the train station. Quiet room, comfortable bed, free welcome drink.
WiFi was not working. Aged equipment.
Room size, bathroom and on top very good breakfast.
If you need an hotel just for 2-3 nights is good, for more nights I suggest something else.
There were no slippers and bathrobe as they advertise. Wifi is very poor, you can't use it for work. No tee in the room just coffee. It's noisy, it's on a main street. The forniture are old. I left the baggages in the last day of my vacation for a last trip in the city and when I returned I saw that my baggage were unattended in the lobby even if they gave me a ticket to picking up. The ticket it's useless if they left the bags where all can see them.
Near main station. Good brekfast.
Good checkin staff. Very close to railway station, and therefore good transport to airport. Room very comfortable.
Spoilt by very poor staff service at breakfast. I arrived halfway through their service time at 9.00am and was made too feel I was in the way as they set up for lunch. Previous guests had coffee pots on their tables but all I was offered was instant coffee and hot water. I asked for proper coffee and was given a half used pot from a table where the guests had finished. Food selection good, but staff very bad
Room was ok, but breakfast was excellent.
The location of the hotel is convenient, it's very near by the main train station.
Maybe it's because we lived in the last room along the aisle, the Wifi didn't cover our room (?), we had to go to the lobby to use it.
The hotel is centrally located. Just 4-5 minutes walk from Frankfurt HBF. There are countless restaurants in the vicinity
The WiFi was slow in my room. I had to go out to the lobby every time I wanted to download my emails.
Apart from the one negative experience our stay was excellent.
a couple of guests checked in at 3am next door to us and were very noisy e.g. slamming doors and shouting for 3 hours. Was awake from 3am until 6:30. A good idea to remind guests at checkin to be quiet (yes, just like kids)
The location which is near to Train station, breakfast considered not bad. When checking out, there is a nice staff whom inform us to be at the airport earlier if we want to claim VAT. The rest of the staff were rather cold including those at the breakfast.
The wifi kept dropping, the hotel should do something about it. The fact that there is no password required to log in could be the reason as many people may log on at the same time?! It is one of the worst wifi connection I ever had. On 31 December 2014, both our cards could not enter our hotel room, went down to reception to activate both cards. Staff at the reception activated one and I requested both cards to be activated, he asked why I needed two cards, I told him it is not necessary that we go out together. He told me if he activated both cards, one may not work? What reason is that? I insisted and he activated unwillingly (by telling me that if I want he will do it) and gave the second card to me by placing the card on the reception desk instead of passing the card to my hand, this leaves a very bad impression on the hotel. This is not how he should treat his guests, I don't know what's wrong with him.
Beautiful old building, staff excellent, big room, high ceilings, big opening windows, good bathroom , good Indian food next door, convenience store opposite
Location of hotel next to station. Traditional nature of building which was well looked after. Good value for money
Location was excellent. Right across from the main train station and public transportation. Breakfast was free and good. Room was a decent size for European standards. Furniture was outdated but bathrooms recently remodeled. Beds comfortable but linens were old and mismatched. Good for a short stay if you're not expecting much.
For a stay in December, our room was never warm even with the radiators on all day. The water from the sink on our first night was never warm. Our safe was broken. The hot water pot provided was not usable as it was filthy. The hallways are dark but the noise of the salon can be loud. One of our towels was dirty.
