A good location but was not as high a standard as i had hoped. Would have hoped for a better room and updated facilities and also curtains on my window! |

I looked forward to the excellent coffee and breakfast every morning. Staff were helpful. My room was larger than expected. Very nice view of the Nekar river. |

The hotel is located fairly well but this is its only advantage.feeling in the room is uneasy as it should be renovated, certainly for such a price. |

Bathroom was a good size and good facilities. Room was also reasonable size. Breakfast was poor, staff slow to clear away and refill, e.g. had to ask for bread and scrambled eggs as containers empty. Same selection every day. |

The hotel was located at a walkable distance from the pedestrian area and the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was good. Our room didn't had a view to the river. It smelled cigarrete, was pretty noisy and had quite a sinister atmosphere with all its old furniture. Maybe the other rooms in the hotel were different. |

It was clean and simple, good shower and bathroom, comfortable (firm) bed. All very nice after a long drive. And the breakfast was nice the next morning. A little bit difficult to find - not much signage. |

Good location, parking space, friendly staff It is a bit dated looking i.e has 1970's feel to it, lift is tiny and toilet of our room had to be flushed numerous times and got blocked on one occasion |

Staff were very cordial and accommodating. We arrived around 8am, and they opened an unused room to stow our luggage. We also left late, and there was no problem with our gear and ourselves sitting in the small lobby. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of cooked and continental options. The reserved parking spots in the street make it very handy for visitors with a car. It is a drab affair in a drab building. |

Beautiful night view and sunset of Neckar river; convenient to access to public transportation not easy to sleep due to the traffic noise; can't access to wireless net in the room |

We were tavelling with 3 adults and the room was super large. Nice big windows and plenty of cross ventalation. The breakfast was very nice. The location was very good. Our room was very noisy all night long, finally had to shut windows. Also the glasses in our room were not clean, they were left with water in both glasses. |

Very close to downtown walk plaza and close to public transportation that can take you anywhere you want. The room had a nice view, the river. Very comfortable room, I really enjoyed the stay, I wish I had stayed longer. Day-shift staff did not seem very friendly when I/people asked questions. He seemed bothered by questions and would rather not go into details... no smiles. The hotel was not hard to find but I missed it at first because there is no name of the hotel from the outside. |

We arrived late and where looking for a restaurant , the front desk clerk sent us on a wild goose chase. The rooms are a bit on the small side and lack air conditioning. It was not a good experience. |

Nice staff, very accomodating. Breakfast and location made it a good value. Quiet in the evening. Parking is a bit risky. I wasn't so sure about the safety of the vehicle but it turned out okay. |

Enjoying direct views of the River Neckar, this traditional 3-star hotel in Heidelberg’s old quarter is just a short stroll from the Alte Brücke bridge and famous Hauptstrasse shopping mile. |
This friendly hotel is situated only 800 metres from the main train station. The motorway connections to the A5 and the A656 are located nearby. |
