Furnitures, big terrace with sight on park, excellent breakfast buffet, spa facilities

Maybe a bit too close to the road but this ils not a big deal

I have never seen one 4 star hotel so poor quality and with no norms we made reservation room which was not same room with foto they present we had a room no.15. Ondergronds no view the window was against of the wall and big van above of that wall. Later for shower we didnot have hot water I went for this but nobody was at reception. Room had no mini bar.above our bed was a wall very unusual no protection for head,we heat our head one time, for sure you get harmed. They had renovation in hotel so, for breakfast we must go outside to another place. For inconvenience even not offer breakfast in the room could have. Because was snow and very cold how possible they do this to people? We paid as they want but they do so!

Very close to the Arena, nice park, not too far from the city center

The restaurant was fully booked on saturday (big show in the Arena), a reservation should have been made... The staff was very helpfull in finding another solution though!

I was pleasantly surprised with a phone call from the staff confirming our registration and complicated bed instructions. They were very accommodating. When we arrived the rooms were set up perfectly. The hotel is decorated in a French Country motif, which is comforting. The bar staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Location to altstadt was close and convenient. Price for such a nice place was very reasonable.

More pillows on the bed would be nice.

The staff made us feel right at home.

It was a short stay so we could not explore all facilities of the hotel (like the Spa) but we have enjoyed every bit of this hotel which is nicely located in a park just at the edge of the city center.

Be aware that the bus to the town center cost more than 2.50 euro per person for a single ticket which makes a return for a couple more than 10.00 Euro: a horrendous amount for such a short journey. If you have one, taking the car to a parking is worth considering.

Lovely location overlooking the park. Easy to reach town centre by bus. Good size room and bathroom. Very clean with good quality furniture etc. Extremely helpful staff. Good choice of food at breakfast.

Only adverse comment is that WiFi didn't work in bedroom, as stated.

Third visit as always good value for money

The only thing I could find the least bit wrong was the location...it's not right in the heart of downtown Trier...it is about a 10 minute drive away from the downtown area.

WIr haben ein Raucherzimmer gebucht und mussten vor Ort noch einen Aufschlag von 10 € extra für ein Zimmer mit Raucherbalkon zahlen. Das war unverschämt. Die Gläser auf den Zimmern waren nicht gespült.

Makkelijk toegang tot de stad.

Großer TV, den man auch vom Bett aus erkennen konnte. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut Ruhige Lage, trotzdem noch stadtnah

Bad so klein, dass die Dusche nicht gleichzeitig mit Toilette benutzt werden konnte.

Mooie ruime kamer. Zeer aangename wellness in het hotel.

Zicht op het park kostte 10 euro per nacht extra dan aangegeven op Booking. Standaard kussens waren te zacht. Maar extra kussen bij gevraagd en was perfect.

Zimmer und Frühstück und auch das Personal waren ok

Bauarbeiten während des Frühstücks waren sehr störend

le confort de la chambre et celui du SPA. La qualité des plats.

Le bruit dû aux travaux qui se faisaient au rez de chaussé ( après 22h h.). Nous y sommes déjà descendu il y a 3 ans, il y avait déjà des travaux. La froideur des lieux, peu de convivialité. Le coût du parking de l'établissement.
