Karen Hammer was very costumer focused. The facility was clean and within walking distance of the altstadt. The park grounds were beautiful. Trier had much to offer, including good beer. The padio door was broke in room 217. It would not drop down from the top and was difficult to lock.

Lovely position by beautiful park away from city centre. Friendly staff, good food and very relaxing. Rooms facing the park would be so much nicer and quieter.

Your staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. We only stayed one night because my mother was taken in to hospital in Trier. She was on a river cruise and due to return from holiday on Friday 19th August, but was taken to Hospital on the 18th August. We had driven from Calais having got the Car Ferry over early on Saturday. The weekend was a little fraught, so to be fair we would like to come back and visit when we can take full advantage of the Hotel Facilities. Your Town seems amazing, and the Hotel lovely. Mrs. Judith Alder.

The ambience and location once you actually found the place. It is necessary to know that from the city you should take the first turning after the shell garage to see the first hotel signs. Excellant food No complaints but suggested to staff that a hotel sign from main road would be agood idea

The spa and the kindness of the personal. Modern and well furnished structure. No minibar in the rooms. The room you buy on Booking.com is in the dependance, they'll ask you a paid upgrade on the desk if you desire to stay inside the hotel. I think this may have been specified before at the moment of the booking .

Das Service-Personal am Abend war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend das Weihnachtsessen war sehr gut und empfehlenswert!! Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Wellnessbereich und beim Fruehstueueck war nicht sehr freundlich das Fruehstuecksbuffet war eher enttaeuschend

Accueil agréable, les couloirs de l'hôtel sont très spacieux et l'établissement est très propore.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et si on a de la chance on peut manger dans la veranda avec vue sur le parc. Le buffet du petit déjeuner se trouve dans un local un peu trop petit ce qui engendre un encombrement et des files pour se servir.

Gefallen hat mir : Zimmer mit Himmelbett , Einrichtung allgemein, Restaurant , Qualität der Speisen , Service im Restaurant , Inneneinrichtung des Hotels Etwas zu kleiner Raum für das Frühstücksbuffet am Sonntag Morgen, wobei man sagen muss dass das Hotel ausgebucht war.

La situation, la propreté, le confort, le spa et la bonne nourriture. Les suppléments de dernière minutes: 10 € pour un lit de bébé en générale dans cette catégorie d'hôtel lit bébé gratuit. Supplément de 25 € pour petit chien. Pärking de l'hôtel payant. pour le reste impeccable.

L'ambiance classe décontractée et la situation géographique avec le bus à 5 minutes de l'hôtel qui nous emmène à la Porta Nigra + la possibilité de se restaurer sur place avec une cuisine honnête (pour l'Allemagne). Par contre il manque une ambiance baignée de musique classique, ce qui serait en adéquation avec le charme que dégage cet endroit.

La tres jolie deco, tres cosy. Amabilité du personnel. Espace wellness tres agreable. Joli parc. Navette frequente vers le centre ville. L'hotel est situé en bordure de zone mi-industrielle....mais on l oublie vite grace au parc. Lors de notre sejour, un mariage etait organisé dans l hotel et les convives ont ete tres bruyants, a l exterieur, jusque tres tard dans la nuit...mais la receptionniste s est excusee et a admis que cela ne devrait pus arrivee.
