excellent location, perfect if you are heading to the christmas markets. Taxi from airport to hotel was about 35 euro 20mins Its very basic hotel. TV had one channel only...in german! breakfast room was small so ended up sitting on sofa in main reception to eat as no tables left. Basic and clean -perfect if you are going to be out exploring city all day and are just coming back to sleep. I would not say it is good value for money for such a basic hotel to be honest. |

Brilliant locaton for what we wanted - close to the Christmas Market and to the main attractions of the city. An ideal location from which to see the city. Within walking distance of the main sopping areas and the main tourist attractions. |

It was very central and very comfortable bed to stay in, Breakfast was simple but lovely. The hotel room, breakfast area and sorroundings were very clean and well maintained. I would have no problem staying here again for a city trip as it was so close to the shopping areas. The only problem I had was you can hear the person in the adjoining/next room using each of the bathroom facilities quite clearly. Better lighting in the bedroom as the rooms are quite dark even during daylight hours. |

The matresses and the pillows are very good, that's what I liked most. The room was very nice, confortable and clean. The moving beds. I wish the "double bed room" didn't move apart. |

Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Shower far too small and I'm only size 12, very noisy outside, I did not know it is near a main through road, and no toilettries, which is strange for a german hotel. |

The location is excellent; only a few minutes walk from the Romerberg and the main shopping street of Zeil. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a reasonable size with good showers. The free breakfast included cereals, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, fried and boiled eggs and coffee. The rooms at the front of the building are noisy on a weekend. Ask for a room at the back. |

Very Central Close to everything, the old city, the shopping, the river, Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties, Price was good, its not the usual kind of hotel, you go inside a building and take the elevator to the first floor then you find the reception. The room was very hot in the summer and needed air-condition, The name of the hotel is not written on the outside of the building, just hotel. |

We were surprised to be given an apartment across the street from reception and hotel, but it was spacious, clean, and very convenient to lots of shopping and Romerberg sightseeing. The breakfast room was nice. Innkeeper was very helpful in arranging for an early morning taxi to the airport. Good value for the price. Not air-conditioned, so very warm with windows closed to keep out noise. The sofa was worn, but acceptable. No "shuttle" service to airport as described on website - taxi or S-Bahn only. |

I was very happy with the location being so close to both the Romerberg Medieval Square and the Zeil shoppping area. The room was great, absolutely nothing to complain about there. |

The location served my purpose very well The elevator was out of order and my room was on the 4th floor. Such thing can happen, but the staff could at least asked if they can be helpfull with the laguage. |

Convenience to the Old Town, river and tram station. Breakfast nook was delightful. Subway station was far from hotel , but we learned to use the tram instead to get back to the train station. Staff spoke limited English. |
