Le déjeuner est copieux, varié et frais. Le personnel de parle pas un anglais de lord mais est plutôt serviable. Il n'en fait heureusement pas des tonnes non plus. La chambre est libérée pour midi. Les lits sont très confortables même si ce sont malheureusement des lits séparés. C'est très propre et pas de bruit entendu du dehors ou d'autres chambres. En conclusion : sobre, efficace, agréable et très bien situé au beau milieu du centre et au sein du village de Noël. |

Le premier point positif est la situation "idéale" de l'hotel en plein centre ville à 2 pas du rohmer et de la Cathédrale... Tout proche également de l'office du tourisme...et sa position dans une rue piétonne : donc calme.. Le fait qu'on y parle pas le Français.. . mais aucun probléme pour se faire comprendre en "parlant" un anglais approximatif... |

Crisp, clean looking rooms. Breakfast area inviting with good selection of food. Very hot while in Frankfurt and would have liked air conditioning in the rooms. The fan provided did help some. |

The bed was incredibly soft. I fell asleep right away which is rare in a hotel. / The location was great...right in the middle of things. / The breakfast was nice. It was a little hard to find, the taxi said he couldn't drive to the front of the hotel so we had to pull our luggage. / My son said his bathroom smelled like a bowel movement and his room was very hot and he had trouble sleeping. / We had a fan in our room that didn't even move your hair if you were right in front of it! Our room was very hot too so we took cold showers before bed. |

Positioning in a pedestrian only street closely adjacent to underground, retail shipping centre and tourist centers On a value for money basis I cannot fault Hotel Neue Kramer.Earlier guest criricisms about the quality of the breakfast were unsustainable. |

I appreciated in particular the position of the hotel, it is really central. At the arrival, they gave us a double room which was tiny, dark, old-furnished. After the first night I asked for a change and they were prompt to do it... probably they were used to be asked for a change with that room!!! (number 10 :-() The second room we were given was absolutely better, larger, better furnished. The relationship price/quality with the second room is really positive. |
