繁華街の真ん中にあってとても便利でした。アットホームな感じで快適に過ごさせていただきました。お部屋もとてもきれいで、小さいベランダがあってよかったです。（ただし、隣と繋がっているので、少し落ち着けませんでしたが・・・）

特にありません。フロントの方もとても親切でした。

Crisp, clean looking rooms. Breakfast area inviting with good selection of food.

Very hot while in Frankfurt and would have liked air conditioning in the rooms. The fan provided did help some.

The bed was incredibly soft. I fell asleep right away which is rare in a
hotel. / The location was great...right in the middle of things. / The
breakfast was nice.

It was a little hard to find, the taxi said he couldn't drive to the
front of the hotel so we had to pull our luggage. / My son said his
bathroom smelled like a bowel movement and his room was very hot and he
had trouble sleeping. / We had a fan in our room that didn't even move
your hair if you were right in front of it! Our room was very hot too so
we took cold showers before bed.

I required a double bed, but I was given just two single beds set side to side.

a lot : this is definitely not a 3 stars hotel, it does not deserve any star at all.

Excellent location, very friendly staff & service, clean and comfortable

No room service / after hours food, can be noisy at night (very thin walls so other guests easily overheard)

The staff was really nice and friendly. Very good breakfast if you have it early in the morning. Perfect location in pedestrian area and historical city centre.

Too many noise heard during the night.
