It is a very nice hotel for its price of course. The staff was nice and very helpful. It is a good alternative of the expensive hotels in the Baden-Baden center, and it tkaes 12 minutes to get to the city center. From the site it is not clear that the hotel is in the Train Station Building. However, it is not a problem. |

The hotel was clean and warm. I loved being close to the main line from Karlruhe to basle (the hotel is part of the station and I am a train nut) but I can see that the proximity would not have universal appeal. The hotel closes at 21:00- hopeless for those on the London flight ! |

Room had lovely high ceilings and big windows with shutters. Quiet hotel was recently remodeled. Room was large for Europe and well priced. Even though next to train station, not much noise. Extremely convenient for travel. Fantastic breakfast -- bigger than I could eat. Best value stay I had in my trip to Germany. Fridge did not work--electrical outlet issue. |

The room was large, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was excellent! Best we had on our holiday. The hotel is in the train station and is one of those auto hotels with no staff. We had to check in at the coffee shop. The trains went by all night and it was noisy. |

Facilities are very good for a family stay. Breakfast was excellent. Large room. Good value for money. Restaurant was closed during the eve of our arrival. Closest restaurant to hotel is 2 km away. |

Very, very friendly service. No problem when arriving late (outside reception opening hours) and leaving soon (nice breakfast to go). Situation in the train station. Slightly noisy, not disturbing. |

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer, Betten sehr gut, Badezimmer im guten Zustand Nachts haben die vorbeirauschenden Güterzüge allerdings doch sehr gestört. Nichts für empfindliche Ohren. |

Die Zimmer waren gut, Kurze (keine) Wege zum Bahnhof. Durch die Bahnhofslage ist es sehr laut. Das Frühstück ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. |

Die Angestellten gaben sich sehr Mühe, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten., Vorschlag: Eine Schuhputzmaschine installieren, würde den Komfort erhöhen. Habe Eingang schlecht gefunden - Markierungstafel sollte grössser sein und die Angabe, dass es sich im Bahnhof befindet. |

mooie ruime kamer, ontbijt was uitstekend om binnen te komen was nogal een gedoe. We kwamen laat aan en moesten met een inlogcode de deur openmaken. de deur was ook lastig te vinden. Hotel is in het stationsgebouw dus er is wat geluidoverlast van langrijdende treinen |

De dame aan de receptie was vriendelijk. In eerste instantie oogt het hotel design, een tweede blik maakt duidelijk dat het concept mislukt is. Ontbijt redelijk (geen ontbijtbuffet zoals staat omschreven). De foto’s op de site doen meer verwachten dan de werkelijkheid. Te warm in de kamer, geen airco terwijl de kamers direct onder het schuine dak liggen. Alleen ramen in het schuine dak, als het raam open stond had je veel last van het lawaai van de treinen. De kamer was stoffig, een zeer smerige toiletborstel, oude, krakende bedden. We hadden een kamer met twee aparte (kajuit)bedden, vast tegen de muur. Dit was eens maar nooit meer. |

silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza della stazione, arredamento interessante e piacevole non disponibilità di pagamento con carta di credito, pagare in contanti mi ha creato problemi perché non potevo prelevare tutta la cifra necessaria nella stessa giornata, il personale e stato d'aiuto. |

Geweldig concept. Ziet er heel mooi uit! Het is in het treinstation boven een koffieshop waar een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd wordt. Voor ons een prima plek voor doorreis naar Italie. Gratis parkeren bij het station en de spa's in de stad zijn tot 10 uur open. Goed begin van de vakantie. Enige minpuntje is het geluid van de treinen maar het hotel geeft oordopjes mocht je een lichte slaper zijn. |
