Nice hotel on a good location. Parking in public garage 50 meters from hotel. In the summertime airconditioning would be better than opening a window. Wifi is not expensive €3 for two hours but should be fir free.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and all of the furnishings were of high quality. The rooms were very quiet. The shower leaked a lot, and the shower head was broken when we first arrived. We mentioned the problem, and it was addressed right away. The shower configuration will probably not hold up long-term with the 2 corner-meeting doors.

Located within the old city, perfect for city trip. Nice view of the city skyline from the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, included in the roomprice. Really value for money. This makes a traveling really fun.

It is in the centre of Ulm, so if you want to see the city, go here. The rooms are ok for one night. I wouldn't want to stay there for longer.

Extremely friendly and professional service, small but well-appointed rooms, extremely clean and modern, quiet street and quiet hotel, very good and plentiful breakfasts. The only thing that was not ideal was that I could only get internet access from the dining room.

Friendly, silent, homely. Good breakfast, good espresso available.. Absolutely no queuing, five minutes walk from the center. Practical details clean and high quality. Good possibiliyt to adjust heating and ventilation. My single room was not very spacy.

The staff was exceedingly helpful. The hotel is only two blocks from the railroad station and all the center city. The breakfast buffet was excellent and fresh—lots of fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage, wurst, juice. The hotel is so small that we guests quickly got to know the staff by first names. There is a refrigerator by the front desk with candy, beer, and pop., Billable to the room. They scheduled room-cleaning to our needs. We recommend this hotel most strongly. Non-smoking. Germans don't use washcloths: bring your own. Otherwise, no complaint.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Zum Münster sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Tiefgarage Salzstadel ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und mein Einzelzimmer war sehr groß.

Zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, kleine aber nett eingerichtete Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet erstaunlich umfangreich. Leider hat das Hotel selbst keine Parkmöglichkeiten - es gibt in der Nähe (ca. 200M) aber ein Parkhaus. Das sollte normalerweise kein Problem sein, da wir aber am 4. Advent in Ulm waren, war es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Zauberhaftes, ruhiges Zimmer - warmer Empfang bei Ankunft. Gute Auswahl bei Frühstücksbüffet. Frühstücksservice quasi nicht vorhanden. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Lustlos. Preis bei Booking.com entspricht dem Standartzimmerpreis.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, alles ist bestens zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist gleichwohl angenehm ruhig. Obwohl ich nur ein Einzelzimmer gebucht habe wurde mir ein Doppelzimmer zugewiesen, was sehr angenehm war. Beim Nachtschlaf wurde ich durch nichts gestört. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein 3 Sterne Haus außerordentlich reichhaltig und gut, besser habe ich auch in 4 Sterne Häusern nie gefrühstückt. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Ich hatte keinen Grund, mich zu beklagen.
