The location is good if you come to Wiesbaden for DKD hospital. The staff are nice and helpful.. Value for money.
House keeping, no privacy! It does not matter if you have the sign of ( Do not disturb) hanged on your door, the house keeping staff will open the door and even talk to you while you are in the bathroom taking a shower! Saying sorry we will be back! And what makes it worse is having a glass door for the bathroom without a lock! So be careful! No privacy in here..
For the last couple of years we are trying to stay in NH hotel. Close to the downtown of Wiesbaden, no parking problem, and cozy rooms.
Very old furniture
Comfy + affordable
Need taxi to go to main station which costs ca. 11€ per way. There is nothing around the hotel like as restaurant or bar etc. Should go to city center again with taxi = another 10€ one way !
Breakfast and food in general
The staff was so friendly!!
The bed was a little hard
Breakfast, location, stuff in restaurant, sauna
Very unorganized reception stuff
i like the breakfast , i like free parking i liked the location , i liked the employees behavior
the clean not very good ,
Expensive I have stayed in Wiesbaden numerous times at different hotels this one is just not worth the money. Very far away from the city and nothing notable about the stay
Very well appointed room...nice restaurant. great staff
Smell. Not sure if someone smoked in the nonsmoking room? Open Window solved the problem
A good example of a modern hotel facility. Good service by the Turkish waiter in the bar/restaurant.
A little far from the city centre. Difficulties with the keys, which necessitated use of the master key.
- great breakfast - nice facilities - nice bar - nice quite and green location
- sauna was supposed to be open from 7am but 11am it was still closed. I assume if you tell the staff they will start it for you. But officially should be on from 7am.
Good food in the restaurant. Nice big bath. Good service.
little bit far from the city centre. but I stay here every time when I come to Wiesbaden.
Price , location
No smile from the receptionist
The staff are very friendly and the food in the restaurant is very good.
The decoration of the rooms are very old fashion, I felt like I was in a hotel in the UK.
Up on a hill with view from our spacious room. Buffet breakfast was good with reasonable choices. Parking was free and even hotel car park was full, off street parking was easy.
Windows in room were dirty. The room looked tired: wallpaper, carpet and furniture wise. We wanted to upgrade but the newly renovated rooms were sold out. For the price paid, it was not great. More justified to charge 70% of our bill for this quantity of room.
Very quiet location, near beautiful park on a hill, so if you live, like we were, on high floor, you'll have beautiful view on Wiesbaden and hills nearby. Room was clean, maybe not the biggest one, but decent. Bed was a bit too hard, but that's not a problem. WiFi worked just ok, which is not common in germany.
It seems that there are newer rooms and older one - we lived in room where last renovation was around 10 years ago. Tv was old, with very bad viewing angles, so we can only watch it standing. A bit far from city center, so you'll need to walk few km, though that was not a problem for us.
Very quiet hotel, spacious lobby, free wifi in rooms. Mostly business people and tour groups.
Very expensive breakfast at €18 as an add on. NO coffee service in rooms. Could not get coffee anywhere if you don't buy the breakfast buffet. Room service starts at noon.
air condition inoperative , during the hot and muggy summertime ! no a la carte breakfast choice ,it is either all or nothing too expensive for one Broetchen and a cup of Tea
when we came was no booked rooms available.
Parking, normally 15 per night inside, was free because of construction.
Staff had gaps in their knowledge; specifically, what I could expect at Frankfurt airport and why I needed three user name/password combinations before I could finally access the internet.
The view from the room
The room an the bathroom were no clean. The t.v. an the airco did'nt work
The Location was good. Close to Kurpark and 2 keys from the Center.
There was no kettle in the room. The balcony was not clean, and the aircondition was not cooling.
