Being close to supermarkets, and the full kitchen are good to families.
Rooms are big. Towels and cleaning daily (apartment). Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Wifi is free in room also. Speed is not high but quiet good for normal surfing.
Bed was too high. Bed has projections on each corner. Location is way bit not nice. Reception is 7 am to 10.30 pm but very friendly staff.
We liked the apartment very much. It is bright, roomy and clean. The kitchen facility was used only for breakfast, and proved adequate for that. It would not harm to have a few more glasses in the cupboard. For our purposes the hotel was well situated.
The only real problem was that I found the bed too hard, and thus had problems having a good rest. Besides that, only what is quite common in hotels: there is only one chair in which to make oneself comfortable.
Location, quite hotel, presence of coffe bar and supermarkets nearby.
That I had my room upgraded. Thank you very much. And that i had the sheets I requested for my bed. Staff were very cooperative and helpful. It was a very quiet room, too. Hope to be back in 2 years' time. DANKE
Some walls were covered in dust!
Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to Heinrich-Heine U-bahn station. There are some supermarkets and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The room is spacious and has everything you need, including a small but well-equipped kitchen. Great value for money.
1) Hotel parking is a bit pricey. 2) The matress was TOO hard.
1.The staff are excellent, friendly, polite and helpful all the time. 2.The breakfest was good. 3.There are laundry facility to use, which is very helpful for travelling out for several days. 4.There are two supermarkets near by, which is convenient to buy foods. 5. Bus 147 just in front of the hotel platz can take you to central station.
Only it's located not in the main metro line to central station.
Roomy, luxury, clean, very good for that money
Its a bit too much walk if you want to see all the "must see" places in Berlin
Good location, friendly staff
The pillows are way too soft... Two elevators, a bit confusing (one for tenants levels only)
Very comfortable room with kitchen and living area like living own apartment.
This hotel is located in residential area, so specially in the morning row cutter's noise was annoyed a lots.
the kitchen equipment, space, laundry service is free, quiet area, big comfortable rooms comfy beds.
old fashioned tv and cd player that didn't work.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well maintained. Considering what you get for your money, the hotel is very fairly priced.
The breakfast is way overpriced. Three of us paid $45USD for the continental breakfast. You're better off heading to Aldi (or even better, the Kaiser's across the street) and pocketing the difference.
Such a big room, kitchen, ideal for 2 adults and kid. Good breakfast, nice personal. We had an apartment for price of simple dubble room. Near metro, 2 shops, cafe.
Great room, very comfortable for family with children, breakfast was included and was pretty good! Very polite, helpful staff! Highly recommended
There is a very strange smell in the hotel and in the rooms especially( like someone has smoked there for years), we opened all the windows but stinky smell remained. Probably worth cleаning the rugs in thе room.
Good standard, we didn´t miss anything. A bit expensive but appartment was very good in the middle of local residents.
Parking place exists but information concerning it was not enough.
Good location and facility. Quiet place.
Attempts to "cram" expensive mineral water disguised as a gift (as is accepted in many hotels) spoil the impression of the hotel.
It is a service apartment, so rooms are very spacious. Good kitchen, so you could cook your own breakfast. Has a super market (ALDI) and a greek restaurant nearby, so overall manageable. U-Bahn station is not far as well.
Breakfast is expensive. Can atleast provide water as complimentary
good value for size
* Very spacious room containing several useful amenities (kitchenware, etc.). * Convenient location close to bars and restaurants in Kreuzberg (walking distance) and close to Heinrich-Heine U station.
* The way internet access is provided is ridiculous. Having to ask for paper notes with passwords all the time (they were limited in terms of both time and data). Also, it was rather slow. * Breakfast was extremely expensive (16euros/person) and you needed to state in advance how many days you wanted breakfast for. * The invoicing process was inflexible (you needed to tell all details in advance), which is not suitable for many companies (due to administrative regulations wrt invoices). * The bed and the bathtub were very high, which led to a bit of inconvenience (but that might be a personal thing).
Nice property. Value for money.
We got a huge room, with a fully equiped kitchen and a comfortable seating area. Very clean and quiet.
If you are going to Berlin on tourism, the location is not terrible. It takes at least half an hour walking to get anywhere relevant.
Breakfast Friendliness of the pstaff
Only one lot of toiletries for a 4 night stay for 2 was poor. No night porter Told not to wash up
Very good hotel, excellent location, U-Bahn station at 300 m, very calm city district with lot of restaurants; Aldi and Kaiser's in 1-3 minutes walk distance. Our "standard" room was big - about 50 m2, as in an apart-hotel, with an equipped little kitchenette and a sitting area. Very good value for money.
Very helpful and kind English speaking personnel. Fully operational kitchen in the room. Very clean and quiet place for rest in descent neighborhood. Although not located in the very center of the city, it is on two stations with U-bahn from Alexanderplatz and five bus stops from Branderburger Tor.
