This hotel gives one the feel of a 'home from home' due to its facilities and comfort. I.E. a sofa, armchairs, kitchenette area where one can sit and enjoy a breakfast in ones room, to top it all, a separate bedroom. What more does one want. Everything was tip-top. No complaints. |

Fair location, quite close to old Hamburg. Good sized family room, excellent breakfast and parking garage. Room did not have internet connection (cable) although this was included in the prospect. Staff did not know about it. |

very clean hotel with very spacious rooms and good in-room facilities breakfast should have been included in the room rate which was about 125 euro per night |

It's located in city centre (10min walk), good breakfast, big rooms, it's quiet area. Smell in the hall, maybe because of cleaning. No good restaurant near by. |

The staff were very helpful.U could use the internet for 15 mins free of charge.I asked for a quiet room which we got.The room layout was spacious(very cleverly done).It was like an appartment within a hotel.I liked the fact that therev were 2 doors in to the bathroom.U could enter from the sittingroom also.It was great having the little room with wardrobe space.The toiletries were lovely.The location was excellent.The "Dom"was just across the road.There was a litle shop near by I didn't really like the "yellow/red"decor.It wouldn't be to my taste but u could live with it. |

Position was excellent, room very comfortable. Despite the proximity of the funfair the situation was quiet and handy for two subway stations. The cost of the breakfast. |

hotel was conveniently located between 2 metro stations ( red line ensuring direct connection to Townhall-Rathaus in 5 minutes as well as to yellow line ensuring direct connection to Haburg Port) just opposite the famous Hamburger Dom Fare, traditional during summer. |

The room was really big, clean and very comfortable. I didn't know there will be a small kitchen with microwave. Bus 3 stops right in front of the hotel and the tube station is close as well. |

I was down running the Maraton Hamburg and in that connection it is very pleasant with the location - but all in all a fine hotel. Prices - maybe it was a little bit to expensive. |

The location of the hotel was excellent! The staff at reception had great english and were very helpful. The size of the hotel room was excellent! Very spacious! The heating in the room was overbearing. We turned the air conditioning down each morning but the house keeping staff kept turning it up. Breakfast was not included in the price which was very disappointing. |

I had stayed at another NH Hotel in Berlin and had great expectations for this hotel which were met. I did not eat at the hotel as Hamburg has so many places to go out. Easy access to U-Stations. this is not a big point but the TV had extra inputs for plugging in external devices - Ipod etc. I was not able to use the extra inputs due to the programming restriction of the Television. Though it was not a big enough point to spoil the stay. |

The room was modern, spacious and kept exceptionally clean. The location was handy and the climate control kept the temperature perfect though it was freezing outside the hotel. Would like to have had an English channel besides CNN. |

the room the location ant the staff the only draw back was that i booked the hotel for a group and i was lead to believe we could pay individually when checking out i was charged for the whole group i had to ask all the group for cash quite embarrasing |
