The internet connection is absolutely ridiculus, 28KB/s even after paying the extra 9 euro. A hotel that pretends to be business but of the business hotel has only the high prices (6 euros for a bottle of water at the bar). No meeting rooms available and internet connection absolutely inadequate. NH chain cancelled from the hotel list of my Company.

Modern hotel located right next to the main railway station. Gifts left at room door on 06.12 (Nikolaus) was a nice, personal touch.

It was a good clean central hotel. Request for two rooms close together wasn't any bother.

Rooms were uncomfortably hot. Altough it was possible to open the window - it was noisy.

This was my second stay at the NH Ludwigsburg. Last year I dropped my mobile phone in the lobby and when found, they posted it back to me in Australia. Their staff are most helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there again preferring to travel to hotels which are familiar.

Good location - near the train station with good supermarkets around, easily found, good accessibility, friendly staff, generally good value for a hotel.

A new Hotel and in a great location. Above average in all respects. Excellent parking avalibility too. Good place to stay.

Slow internet unless you hook up for 10 euros per day.

On the day of arrival we had no hot water in the room which we voiced to the hotel staff and first they seemed not to take about the situation - No iron board and iron in the room, again we called the front desk and they did not care about the situation so we had to leave the hotel in wrinkled clothes to attended our event Overall the hotel has a great location however the staff was not very service oriented which was very disappointing because this was 2nd time we stayed at this hotel

the design of the rooms, the location of the hotel is located near of the city centrum of Ludwigsburg. A good place to discover ludwigsburg and the area.

The breakfast buffet on saturday was poor and not filled properly. Sunday was fine and enough.

Very good service and professional staff.I had asked for a gluten free breakfast and that was excellent.That does not happen very often.So I really appreciated this service and in case I'm going back to Ludwigsburg I will choose this hotel again.By the way, a good steakhouse next door of the hotel!

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes modernes Design

La posizione, praticamente attaccata alla stazione ferroviaria (uscita ovest), e anche all'Arena. La struttura moderna, pulita, accogliente. La camera all'ultimo piano silenziosissima.

Avrei voluto prolungare la sosta di un'altra notte, mi hanno detto che non c'erano camere disponibili. Il giorno dopo, mentre me ne stavo andando per trasferirmi in altro hotel, ho assistito al check-in di un cliente che si è presentato senza nessuna prenotazione....che beffa!

Frühstückspreis

Die Zimmer war gut und sauber, was ein sehr wichtiger Punkt ist. Die Person die am Sonntagmorgen 05.05.13 um 6:30h war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Empfang war unfreundlich. Als ich nach einer Möglichkeit zum Essen gehen fragte gab es bloss eine Antwort, dass Rest. gegenüber. Meine Freunde erhielten eine Parkkarte mit unbeschränkter Ein- und Ausfahrt, ich musste darum bitten. Weil unser Seminar am Sonntagmorgen bereits um 8h angefangen hat, haben wir gefragt ob wir vielleicht bereits um 6:30h zum Frühstück kommen könnten. Am Empfang sagte uns der Herr es gibt bereits eine Gruppe von 10 Personen die sich eingetragen hat, aber für uns geht dies leider nicht da jetzt niemand mehr hier ist von der Küche und wir zu spät sind. Ich erwarte etwas mehr Flexibilität von einem Hotel. Wenn Sie bereits für 10 Personen es machen können so sollte dies auch für mehr Personen möglich sein. Oder zu mindesten könnte man es versuchen, ein absolutes nein ist unverständlich.

Ausstattung des Hotels Moderne und helle Einrichtung

Lage des Hotels , direkt neben Nestle ( sehr starke Geruchsentwicklung ) Leider war es im Hotel Nachts sehr laut . Den Schlaf findet man dort sehr schlecht .

- Toilette war sehr schlecht gereinigt - die Fugen der Dusche waren garnicht gereinigt - die Betten waren unbequem und sind immerwieder auseinandergerutscht

El personal es un poco frío

Zum Besuch der Arena Ludwigsburg ist das Hotel genau das Richtige.Das Hotel ist fußläufig 1 Minute von der Arena entfernt.Das Parkahaus teilen sich das Hotel und die Arena,man spart sich also einmal Parkgebühren,diese sind vom Hotel 1 Übernachtung 9,00 Euro.Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet,fast schon Designmäßig.Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Man hat einen Aufzug bis zur Etage der Zimmer.Das Zimmer ist groß genug und gut ausgestattet.Einziger Kritikpunkt,es fehlt eine Heizung im Bad.Auch keine Wärmelampe oder sonstiges erwärmt das mit Klimaanlage erwärmte Badezimmer,das ist dürftig.Ansonsten ist im Badezimmer alles Nötige vorhanden,nur an der Sauberkeit hat es im Badezimmer und im Zimmer gemangelt,das gibt eine starken Punkteabzug.

Das Hotel bietet Frühstück von 6,00-10,00 Uhr.Man hat nur vergessen zu erwähnen,daß es ab 9,00 Uhr keinen frisch gebrühten Kaffee mehr gibt.Man muß sich an der Espressomaschine selbst bedienen das geht gar nicht und das bei 15,-Euro p.P.Wie schon erwähnt ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse,ist dies ein schwaches Zeichen.

Das Ambiente war insgesamt sehr gut.
