The location was good near to bus station and also with shuttle for airport , From airport you can access to city center by metro very easily .

The room is large and clean. The breakfast is quite good! The staff is also helpful.

There is no WIFI in the room, only cable. WIFI is only in lobby.

they introduce the hotel like next to the airport but it is 7 km away!....I was upset... they have only cable for internet in the room. In today's world where everything is wifi, this is nonsense. I had a MacAir and no slot for ethernet cable. So I had to go down to lobby for internet. This is nonsense.

Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful. We chose this hotel because it offered a "free airport shuttle". When we checked in, we were told the shuttle was 5 Euros per person. Jennifer waived the fee for us.

The hotel room was very clean, staff was nice/professional shuttle bus on time.

Cost of breakfast, needed variety, hamburger way too expensive but hey I was hungry. Hotel needs ATM.

Service was very good. Breakfast enjoyable.

Restaurant is not the best, reception staff not specially friendly but do what they need to do at minimum.

I ordered a double room with king size double bed. I got a double room with two beds. No response, no will to solve it. I was just "permitted" to move beds together.

Easy access next to the motorway.

First of price of 300 euro for this bulk standard hotel was a joke! The rooms are ok, plain standard. The fitness room has one stepper and one bicycle so cannot really be called a fitness. The restaurant managed to serve to most back meal, a hamburger with chips cold and I complained I had to wait 10 minutes for the same plate heated in the microwave! There are better options in the area.

The room was very nice and the hotel was lovely.

We booked our room through booking.com and booked a non-refundable rate, but they had charged the rooms to my credit card even though booking.com clearly stated the card was only being used to guarantee the room. When we asked them to change it and charge the two rooms to two different cards, they said no. We have booked many, many rooms from booking.com and never had this problem before, which makes me believe the hotel was at fault for this problem.
