Very helpful and efficient check in. Staff very knowledgeable about area and were always friendly and willing to help. Hotel very clean and quiet rooms.

we were four London and Waddesdon manor guides. We loved the location, hotel friendliness and the wonderful breakfast buffet.

Location is very good. Rooms was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. There was a misunderstanding regarding my stay and the manager was very proactive, helpful and flexible to give it a reasonable solution.

Room was very cold every night. Toilet paper is bad quality. Breakfast is not included and is very expensive. English of the staff is very limited. Spa facilities are very disappointing. If you dont like sauna you can forget about it. The hot tub is an individual one and is not even ready for use and looks dirty.

Staff was great. They were well informed and extremely accommodating. The location was great as well. We also utilized the fitness center. The sauna was fantastic.

It's always nice to have a coffee maker in the room even just for hot water.

The spa was out-of-order just during my stay. I had extra looked for a place with spa and sauna and then I could not use it. Also the breakfast was not included in the prize but was charged extra.

Location was excellent in the historical centre of town. Lovely Christmas Market just around the corner. Lots of nice little shops, bakeries and cafes nearby. Tram/bus stop right outside. Comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Free wifi.

Could have done with the facilty to make tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast far too expensive (17 euros) but plenty of places to find breakfast around the hotel.

It was a perfect location for us as we were visiting family. Potsdam is a lovely place to visit full of charm and lots of cafes bars and nice restaurants. NH Voltaire is a very clean calm and relaxing hotel.

The only downfall was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities, would have loved to be able to have a cup of tea first thing!

I have no complaints

The hotel was within easy walk of the Park Sansouci & the centre of Potsdam. The room was comfortable & well designed.

We had to park our car in a public carpark about 5-10 minutes walk away. Not such a problem, but we booked the hotel mainly for its location & it's advertised secure hotel parking, so were a little disappointed with this.

Excellent location and free wi-fi access

My room was in the older section of the building and I had to go down one flight of stairs and climb another to get to it. With heavy luggage this can be quite annoying.
