I liked the location of the nh Voltaire close to the center of town and transportation. I definitely enjoyed the sauna facilities - used it every night. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, a good experience. I was a bit unhappy with the front desk personnel. The internet went down one time, and there was little help to get the problem fixed.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. This hotel is very central and within walking distance to most tourist spots. The hotel and town were so good we decided to stay another night.

Was just 10 min walk from KLinikum. Nice cafe's around. The hotel is Old. Staff at arrival (late) was not friendly. This instate of the staff in the morning during breakfast and check-out. Bad tv-signal. Paying for internet is not off this time. Expensive for what you get. Breakfast 17 euro.

Perfect location for Potsdam, excellent shopping and restaurants surrounding hotel. Historic buildings and park in walking distance. Room didn't have A/C and got hot and mossies would come in at night if the windows were left open.

Good location.Free breakfast as compensation. We booked a non-smoking room and got a room that smelled like an ash tray. Terrible. We changed bedlinnen in the middle of the night but that did not help a lot.This hotel obviously has smoking rooms that they rent out as non-smoking rooms when they are fully booked.

Excellent rooms and location. Sauna and steam room free to use Breakfast far too expensive but good alternatives available nearby. WiFi incredibly slow and only free in 30 minutes sessions

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort, da es absolut zentral im Holländerviertel, durch die Hinterhoflage aber ruhig liegt. Der Preis für die Übernachtung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück soll extra bezahlt und ist mit 17,00 pro Person zu teuer. Man kann in naheliegenden Cafes sehr gut und günstig frühstücken.

sehr freundliches Personal schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Tiefgarage zum Hotel, die 13 Euro Gebühren pro Nacht kostet und es gibt keine Garantie darauf.

Très bonne situation géographique à deux pas du quartier hollandais et de la rue piétonne et du parc Sans souci. Chambre et salle de bain très agréables, terrasse et spa.

Prima kamer. Ruim opgezet hotel Erg hoog parkeertarief voor de hotelgasten. Infomap gemist op de kamer. Konden zodoende de airco niet aan de praat krijgen.

Met een paar stappen zit je in het centrum van Potsdam op het terras of bij andere bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel beschikt over een eigen parkeergarage. Plezierig. Het ontbijt is er niet te betalen... De kamers waren gehorig. De bakker voor de deur van het hotel heeft overigens een prima ontbijt, met koffie en thee tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs, net geen € 5,00.
