Central Location and Public Transportation via bus or tram is immediately outside. It is located within walking distance of the Sanscoussi Park. Excellent Buffet Breakfast, Helpful and Congenial Staff. The hotel is equiped with fast wireless connection that worked quite well. The room had recently been painted and still smelled of some paint fumes. This condition was tolerable, but the single downside of the stay there. |

Large room, convenient location, reception staff ok but distant, contrasted greatly from personable service of the Manager on booking out. Poor servicing of the room - some days toiletries and coffee not left. Minibar not refilled. No porterage offered despite elderly husband and need to use stairs to access the room. Room clearly smelt of cigarette smoke on entering and the fan instead of air conditioning was faulty and inadequate. The jacuzzi was a single spa bath and the roof terrace was overgrown. Poor quality shampoo etc |

Location is good - right near Dutch quarter and close to all major attractions. Outdated, worn out hotel. Very(!) basic room decoration, reminded me a hostel. No air conditioning. Rooms facing main street are noisy - you have to open windows. Entertainment system is not existent - a small (!) very old TV only. One English channel - CNN. In other words not really a 4* hotel. |

Tegen een redelijke prijs is de totale voorziening uitstekend: kamer, ruimte, ontbijt, service enz. De bediening is adequaat, goed verzorgd en vriendelijk. |

Es wäre schön wenn auch ein "kleines Frühstück" angeboten wird. Vor einem anstrengenden Meeting-Tag möchte man nicht immer dieses umfangreiche und damit teure Frühstück geniessen... |

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mitten im Geschehen. Es gibt zu wenig Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage, sie reichen nicht für alle Gäste. Außerdem ist ein Stellplatz mit 13 € pro Nacht nicht gerade günstig. |
