The kitchenette that was provided was nice.In general the hotel was much better in all aspects from the other budget hotels. They provided 15 min free internet access. There is a chinese Restaurant in the next building (1 min walk). The food was very good. |

Quirky old building, some parts from 15th century, and country antique furniture. Nice breakfast selection in a huge elegant salon. Super-helpful staff. Great location near the Danube and the Old City in Passau. Might not be suitable for a person with mobility issues because of the old building. There is an elevator but despite that there are stairs in every hallway and narrow passages. |

Need to take bus to get to Metro or 10-12 Euro on taxi to Marianplatz. Very Important : 40 minutes call to Frankfurt from room phone, cost me 178 Euro (4.45 per minute) !!!!!!!! Be aware! Everything else was excellent. |

There is no airconditioning in the room, therefore is very important to have windows open for fresh air during the night. If the room windows to back yard - you have good rest, otherwise you are in trouble. Lottery !? I won this time ! very good value for money |

Very clean, comfortable room. Not expensive for this quality of service.Bus stop is 2 mins from hotel. By bus your get to the Ostbahnhof (7-10 mins) and then to get everywhere :) |

The price was excellent and the room was beautiful with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. You can't beat 42 euros for a double room per night! |

1. walk cross street there is bread shop for breakfast, 12euro good for two adult; 2. hotel has laundry/dry facility cost 5euro; 3. actually u can park beside hotel empty area which is free; 4. window can isolate the road noise; 5. Italian restaurant downstairs serve beef steak 1. they use wood floor which i feel weird; |

it was oki...it could be better....it is not closed to the center, but u take the bus, is about 3 minutes walking from the hotel. no free internet, just 15 min in the hall....it's so stupid...and i reserved a double room and i mention in my reservation that i want an extra bed for my 17 years old boy and they could not give me this so i had to pay for another single room who was so expensiveee....this is a minus for this hotel maybe they change the furniture in the room, and they put interent free in the room....breakfast is so expensive...u have right cross the street a bakery and for 4 people u eat maximum 10 euro... |

For free internet access information is not clear. It needs to be changed "You could use 15 min. free internet access when you have a voucher from the hotel reception. Don't use your own credit card for free internet" |

I had accidentally booked a 1-person room under special conditions, and at no cost they changed me to a 2-person room. Excellent cleanliness, very friendly staff, good bed, ... Excellent quality for a good price. (I did have the early booking special, so I don't know their regular price) The parking is 10 eur per day, although I think that all Munich hotels will charge you; and the pricy breakfast can indeed be easily replaced by the bakery across the street which is excellent. These are minor comments and after writing this review I will book this hotel again for my next trip to munich. |

Very high standard of room, including safe, fridge, cooker and kitchen sink ! Parking is possible in the street outside for two hours at a time. Breakfast in the hotel was very expensive but there is a bakers/cafe across the street which provides a sufficient inexpensive alternative. |
