It was not too expensive, staff were helpful, there were computers in the lobby with internet access for 15 minutes at a time. there is a tram stop a block away that takes you to alexanderplatz or it is a 20 minute walk there. it was not very close to anything, even shops and such. there wasn't much to do in the area at all. the hotel itself was nice but a bit shabby. the breakfast was way overpriced. i did not pay for breakfast but instead took the tram to alexanderplatz to get food. i ended up moving to a much nicer more centrally located hotel for about the same price. |

Big room 25 square metres which was really comfortable for me and my girlfriend and good location(3 tram stops from alexanderplatz) really expensive internet 10 euro/hour or 17 euro for a day, there are 2 computers near reception one can use and first 15 minutes are free though. Oh and the hotel is in friedrichsain not alexanderplatz, just near to alexanderplatz (1.5 Km or sth) |

It was clean & fairly accessable. I did not think the hotel was of a 4* standard. Though the rooms were clean they were also very basic & the decor was tired. The staff reception staff were also unfriendly. |

The hotel is just 3 tram stops away from Alexanderplatz and you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to take your train(the line is M5). Our room was absolutely perfect: it had a very confortable bed, a nice bathroom and a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and kind! I suggest you to book here! |

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist jedesmal toll. Angenehmer Service. Check in: Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel, werde aber jedes Mal gebeten meine persönlichen Daten abzugeben, da jedes Mal ein Systemabsturz vorliegt. Was für ein Zufall! Das nervt! |

freundl. Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück lecker, Hotel recht zentral viel Laub und Dreck in den Fluren, lag z.T. länger, beim Frühstück hat das Nachfüllen leerer Schüsseln, Platten z.T. sehr lange gedauert, auch auf Getränke mußte man lange warten.. |

Hall de réception élégant, salle des petits déjeuners agréable et vaste, excellents petits déjeuners, personnel serviable.Situation calme et pas trop éloignée du centre. Réservation non enregistrée, bien que j'ai eu un mail de confirmation...heureusement il restait des chambres. |

Gute Lage, nur 10 Minuten mit der Strassenbahn bis zum Alexanderplatz, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer, kostenlose Tageszeitung. Teilweise unfreundliches Personal. Uns wurde kein schöner Aufenthalt gewünscht. Meiner Begleitung wurde empfohlen, den Hintereingang zu benutzen, wenn sie vom Fitnessstudio zurückkommt. Frechheit! Teilnehmer von Tagungen, die nicht im Hotel wohnten, rannten jeden Morgen quer durch das Restaurant zu den Konferenzräumen. |
