Big room 25 square metres which was really comfortable for me and my girlfriend and good location(3 tram stops from alexanderplatz) really expensive internet 10 euro/hour or 17 euro for a day, there are 2 computers near reception one can use and first 15 minutes are free though. Oh and the hotel is in friedrichsain not alexanderplatz, just near to alexanderplatz (1.5 Km or sth) |

It was clean & fairly accessable. I did not think the hotel was of a 4* standard. Though the rooms were clean they were also very basic & the decor was tired. The staff reception staff were also unfriendly. |

The hotel is just 3 tram stops away from Alexanderplatz and you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to take your train(the line is M5). Our room was absolutely perfect: it had a very confortable bed, a nice bathroom and a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and kind! I suggest you to book here! |

We only stayed for one night as we flew over for an ice hockey game. We didn't arrive until around 10pm, but the staff were very welcoming. The room was exceptionally comfortable. |

When we arrived at the hotel the staff where less than friendly, we requested a non smoking room and a twin but we didn't recieve any of these, as two female travellers it was less than comfortable to sleep in the same bed. I would also say that the food in the hotel was expensive and not very appetising. |

Schönes Hotel; Trambahn-Haltestelle nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, daher gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zimmer nach hinten raus sind sehr ruhig! Hotel liegt nicht wirklich am Alexanderplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit 18.- EUR zu teuer. |

Trotz der innerstädtischen Lage war der Aufenthalt ruhig. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war durchgängig freundlich. Die Garage ist leicht erreichbar. Für ÖPNV-Nutzer hat das Hotel eine brauchbare Anbindung an die Zentren. Die Nähe zum Volksgarten Friedrichshain ist angenehm. Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist vernünftig. Die Berlin-Welcome-Card (mit oder ohne Museumsinsel) müsste man an der Rezeption bekommen können. --- Nur als Vermutung: die Klimaanlage schien nachts zu pausieren, was im Sommer grenzwertig ist. |

Sehr gut fanden wir da reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet sowie die Freundlichkeit und Service der Rezeption. Etwas bemängeln möchte ich den Service und die Freundlichkeit in der Hotelbar. In den Abendstunde, wenn relativ viel los ist, sollten dort vielleicht 2 Angestellte die Gäste bewirten. |
