charging Euro 7 for bottle of water! breakfast was very good but charging Euro 19 for it is too much

The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice.

Central location, near metro. Spacious room. 24h service. Quiet. Complete info desk inside the hotel. English speaking staff. Immediate response to our e-mails, before arrival, about reservation and transportation infos.

Pillows. Decoration of the corridors and halls between rooms. Price of breakfast. There is a wonderfull bakery in 50mtrs left, having delicious things to eat, as also Starbucks in 100mtr left.

Breakfast buffet was superb - variety and quality of food could not have been better. Additionally, beakfast started at 6am wjicj was perfect fr us on the last day as we were levaing at 7am.

Evening meal menu was expensive and very limited.

The bed could be wider; They didn't change the towels after first night, even the one which was on the bathroom floor!

Friendliness of the staff

Room was a bit tired, relatively small and ready for refurbishment. Views (in courtyards) very limited. But the advantage is "quiet"!

Good location, easy to get about from. Very clean, modern. Helpful staff.

Limited menu in restaurant though what we had was very nice (if a little small and quite expensive)
Overpriced breakfast, so we did not eat there in the morning
Slightly bizarre duvet arrangements - 2 singles on a double bed! Pillows very flat and only one each, so you may want to take your own
