Central location. Close to underground. Staff were very helpful with directions. The hair dryer wired to the wall is no longer necessary in hotel rooms. Why not put hairdryers in the bedroom? |

Excellent location for sightseeing. The lobby and the restaurant were worthy of the 4* status. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. We were impressed when we first walked in however although the lobby and the restaurant were exceptionally nice our room was very basic and quite dingy. |

Thi hotel is situated in the center of the Mitte and near the Shopping center of Friedrichstrasse.An excelent value for money. |

Morning buffet, almost ni noise from the street in the room Televison was not working for 3 days we stayed. I said it in the reception after one day. They promised to fix it right away but nothing happend. Aicondition was not woking the last night because "the temperature was too high outside, I was told. Result was, that the room was very warm last night and the reception refused to do anything about it.. |

Very clean, modern hotel We had requested a double bed in our comments when we booked but in the language difference this was interpreted as a twin bed and there were no double beds left in the non-smoking section of the hotel.We had also requested a room at the back of the hotel but were actually facing the main street, however this didn't really matter as the insulation of the windows was quite good |

Location could not be better; comfortable beds; good value for money at weekend rate. Option to upgrade on check in for €25. Cost of incidentals - mineral water in room, food was high - but if you eat out as we did, that's not a problem |

The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious. No toothpaste, hair conditioner. |

Great location near Check Point Charlie and the sights. Clean and user friendly hotel with bar and food downstairs. Not the best four star we've stayed in but fit for purpose. |

The pleasent staff in the hotel, reception/bar. The quietness of the room (innerside). The location of the hotel was excellent, just in the middle of Berlin with all the tourist attractions nearby. The high price for breakfast. Just around the corner is a good bakery where a large range of bread and coffee is available for less of half of the price in the hotel. |
