I Made a reservation, after having a look at a picture of the hotelroom and a description of it. But I did not got that room. I got much smooler room, but it was ok and they let me pay for the smooler room so it was ok. |

The location was great, just beside the Gendarmenmarkt and Unter den Linden. You could rent a bike from the hotel which took me all over the city in double quick time. I loved it. The breakfast was excellent too! |

the room was very big and comfortable. during our stay my doughter became ill and the hotel stuff helped me to invite a doctor and with medication. the stuff is very proffesional. |

Good location, clean and nice rooms. Walking distance to all attractions. Good parking place for the car (but quite expensive!!). Highly over-priced room, also the breakfast was not included and was 21 eur per person!! Internet almost 20 eur per day! We almost doubled the room charge when taking breakfast for two and one day car park. |

Central location. Close to underground. Staff were very helpful with directions. The hair dryer wired to the wall is no longer necessary in hotel rooms. Why not put hairdryers in the bedroom? |

Excellent location for sightseeing. The lobby and the restaurant were worthy of the 4* status. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. We were impressed when we first walked in however although the lobby and the restaurant were exceptionally nice our room was very basic and quite dingy. |
