Great location to relax after a busy day in the city. The desk staff took very good care of me and my family. Even when I had to correct a booking error that should have cost me, they were able to make the correction. I will definately return to this hotel on future trips to the Berlin / Potsdam area! Plan on 30 minutes if you wish to get downtown by public transportation (Bus stop in front of the hotel entrance). This is not a negative point, only a fact for trip planning.

Two things: the toilet was disgustingly dirty and the maid did not clean it, despite our note to do so; and the air-conditioning seemed to be only ventilation, though put at the coolest setting. Had we stayed longer, we would have called for someone to fix it. I wrote all this down before I went to breakfast on our second and last day, hoping for at least an apology. The same person to whom I handed it did not make any remark about my rather negative comments. I found that strange.

I enyoed my stay at the hotel. The only bad point for me was its location. If you travel with a car and need to use motorway make sure you leave the hotel early in the morning as day time it can take you an hour or more to reach the motorway. To be fair I must say that if you do not use the roads outside Berlin and Potsdam you will enjoy the location of the hotel as you get a nice and quite sleep and the feel of a countryside.

Nice modern big room. Free parking next to the hotel. Breakfast is too expensive (17 EUR per person), very slow Internet connection available for free only in the lobby, each half an hour new voucher is needed to reconnect. Wire Internet in the room costs 10,50 EUR per day.

Um ein Abendessen ( 19:00 Uhr) einzunehmen, bat ich um einen Platz im Restaurant, wurde jedoch abgewiesen. Es war angeblich kein Platz frei, auch nicht zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt! Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage war ein anderes Restaurant (fußläufig) nicht erreichbar.

Es kommen viele Busse mit Reisegesellschaften - die Busse stellen sich direkt vor das Hotel zum Parken - dadurch gehen viele Parkplätze für PKWs verloren. Außerdem ist der Geräuschpegel ab 6 Uhr (!!!!) morgens sehr laut, wenn die Busfahrer ihre Busse warmlaufen lassen.

Goed hotel, ruime opzet, gratis parkeren en gelegen op redelijke afstand van Berlijn. Met openbaar vervoer is het centrum in 45 min te bereiken. Het ontbijt - dat niet inclusief was - is uitstekend. Potsdam is ook goed te bereiken.

Zuvorkommender Service, sehr ruhige Lage, günstige Autobahnnbindung, kostenloser Parkplatz Das Frühstück ist mit 20 bzw. 17 € zu teuer. Da muss man schon Zeit und Hunger mitbringen, wenn sich das lohnen sollte, für den Schnellfrühstücker ( Kaffee und Müsli oder einen Toast ) uninterressant. Aufgrund der Lage ist es aber schwierig, eine Frühstücksalternative zu finden ( kein Café in der Nähe, nur McDonalds an der Autobahnauffahrt Kleinmachnow ).

Da wir ein Zimmer zur Seite hatten, war es absolut ruhig. Gut war auch die Wahlmöglichkeit eines Nichtraucherzimmers. Im Verhältnis zum Übernachtungspreis ist das Frühstück zu teuer. Obwohl am Abreisetag das Schild bitte nicht stören an der Tür hing, hat das Zimmermädchen anhalten geklopft und uns um ca.10.55 Uhr deutlich gemacht, dass sie das Zimmer putzen muß. Abreise war aber bis 12.00 Uhr möglich
