The free wi-fi service. My husband was disappointed that there was not a running machine in the gym. Could have had a bottle of complimentary water in room.

The staffs are friendly. The location is easy to access from Autobahn 115. The nearest s bahn station with p+r is only 10 mins drive. Suitable for people who drive a car but don't want drive into downtown. Although the wifi is free, no signal is detected at my room. I have to go to lobby from time to time to activate my iPhone or iPad.

The location is very quiet: next to a river, away from city noise. The hotel lives up to the expectations of NH Hoteles chain with regards to room cleanliness and comfort, bathroom amenities, hospitality level and availability of facilities. The staff was so helpful, that they even kept the pair of boots we forgot in our room upon checkout and we were able to collect it later the same day. Not a real drawback, but a car is definitely needed for quick access to downtown Berlin. The breakfast is expensive.

Close to public communications to Berlin. Most certainly the restaurant. This is said to be a four star hotel and one would expect a deacent meny. But no! The dish we had, Schnitsel, was more panade than calf. It was fried in very old oil. And it was totally impossible to get some slices of lemon to cover the bad cooking.

Расположение. Тишина. Чистота. Стоимость. Раннее закрытие бара, отсутствие возможности поблизости купить что-либо (когда бар закрыт: вода, чай). Проблемы с Интернетом в номере.

Hôtel situé au calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Service très efficace. Très propre Un des messieurs à l'accueil était un peu froid. Les autres personnes étaient très aimables et accueillantes.

Sehr fähige und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schöne ruhige Lage im Seengebiet. Große und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Lage zum Sightseeing nach Berlin nicht optimal. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort, aber ohne braucht man mit Bus und SBahn mindestens 45-60 min in die City (Alex, Potsdamer,...). Zuerst mit dem Bus zum Mexiko-Platz und dann mit der S1 in die Stadt.

habitaciones amplias la habitación que me adjudicaron era abuhardillada y un poco claustrofóbica por la falta de espacio. estaba pegada al hueco del ascensor (último piso) y daba al atrio que acoge la cafetería y estaba bastante animada. En resumen demasiado ruido. Fui afortunado ya que el recepcionista me cambió de habitación tras una queja enérgica. Esperaba más calma en ese bosque tan tranquilo y apartado. En la siguiente ocasión probaré en otro.

Die Ruhe, die Umgebung,das Frühstück Der Service beim Frühstück war nicht sehr aufmerksam. 2 Mal wurden wir beim Eintreten in den Frühstücksraum nicht nach unserer Zimmernummer gefragt. Das Abräumen der Tische verlief nicht zügig. An einem Morgen wurde das gebrauchte Geschirr meiner Partnerin abgeräumt, mein Geschirr blieb auf dem Tisch stehen. Das Nachfüllen des Aufschnitts an der Buffetbar war schleppend.
