駐車場が分かりにくかったし、１階分とは言え、スーツケースを持って階段を降りるのは大変だった。 フロントデスクの人がかなり感じが悪かった。４つ星なのにぞんざいな態度。それに私の鍵（カード）も主人の- も一度使えなくなったとき、なおしてもらったはずがどちらも２度足を運ぶことに。ミュンヘン駅周辺はホテル- も多いので、もうここには泊らないと思う。 |

ダブルルームに宿泊しましたが、バスタブもあり、部屋もキレイで広かったです。駅のすぐそばですが外の音も- 特に気になりませんでしたし、フロントの方も感じが良かったです。割引料金のときに泊まるのであれば、とて- もお得でいいホテルだと思います。節約旅行でしたので、朝食は残念ながら食べていません。 洗面所の排水口が詰まっていて、全く使えなかったのが唯一残念な点でした。ホテルの方に言えば対処してもら- えたのかもしれないですが、英語で伝える自信がなかったのと、また一泊だけでしたので、バスタブで洗顔等済- ませました。 |

Excellent location just across the Train Station and very easy access to public transport. Rooms were quite spacious with a nice sober decoration. Staff were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend it for families with children as it was our case, we had one triple room and one double room. One elevator was often out of service so we had to use the service elevator. WiFi was not free. |

exellent location , exllent staff / exellent price / very clean room and very good brackfast and next time i will stay in nh hotel . but no fitness club and no swiming pool . yes no fitness club and no swiming pool and no restrent for eat lunch and dinner . |

Adjacent to the train station meant that it was really convenient. Great views from the rooms on the upper floors. Reasonable rates and very comfortable beds. |

Very close to main train station - good for early/late transfers to/from airport. Well decorated. Beds comfortable. Secure doors. Insufficient lifts for 14 floors. No tourist info in room. Bathroom layout was cramped. |

An excellent place to stay, close to the train station and convenient to the transit system. I've stayed there before and will again. I think for the price, breakfast should have been inlcuded, but that is not so important. |

The room was nice There was a gift for guest: 15 minutes internet free.Taking advantage of that offer, we tried to use the computer at the reception to check in on line and print the boarding card, but the connection was so slow that in 15 minutes we could not even connect to the flight company website... |

It was easy/practical as by the station and was only for sleeping in - so value was ok I didnt want to pay Eur 20 for the breakfast, really this is too much. Also, the internet is too expensive, to pay Eur 5/hour. This is not in line with similar hotels where I stay all over Europe where its either free or a small cost for the day. |

The hotel is near to the city center. I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the room and the internet free. The cost of breakfast (21 euro for each person); is too much is preferable to higher the cost of the room of 10-20 euro but to have a free breakfast. |

The location was fantastic, right across from the Hauptbahnhof. The room was both clean and comfortable, and very reasonably priced for the location. The entrance was between a casino and a sex shop. The elevator was slow. |

The air-conditioning system is turned off at spring. Temperature goes up at day time and makes people feel dizzy when staying inside the hotel. Reception suggested to either open the window (which is very noisy with blowing of hot air) or stay outside and not come back until evening. |
