Acest hotel de 4 stele este chiar lângă gara principală din München şi oferă vederi panoramice la centrul oraşului München. NH München oferă camere cu aer condiţionat şi Wi-Fi gratuit în zonele publice. Camerele luminoase şi spaţioase de la NH München Deutscher Kaiser au un decor modern. Toate camerele au cel puţin 20 m² şi includ un TV cu ecran plat, minibar şi baie modernă. Un bufet mare este servit în fiecare dimineaţă în restaurantul Deutscher Kaiser, cu ferestrele sale mari, sau pe terasa de 600 m² pe acoperiş, cu palmieri. O selecţie de vinuri, cocktailuri şi gustări sunt servite la barul elegant Con Gusto. Staţiile de metrou, tramvai şi S-Bahn se află chiar în faţa complexului NH München Deutscher Kaiser. Pozitionare foarte buna, aproape de centru, vedere panoramica pentru camerele de la etajele superioare. Izolare fonica foarte proasta, fiind amplasat langa gara, foarte mult zgomot, parcarea foarte departe de hotel.

it was a good location My husband received a gift of a weekend at your hotel for his 50th birthday from my daughter who booked it . I did not find the staff very helpfull for example the instructions for the safe were wrong and i had medication in the safe that i needed and i could not get it open when i went to reception to report this i was told i would have to wait until the following morning until the maintanance man came in to work. When i went back to the room and told my husband he went to reception and asked for the manager as the manager was not available my husband told the receptionist that he was not happy about the situation and it was not good enough so the receptionist went in to the back room and returned with a young man with a bunch of keys and in a few minutes the problem was solved and the young man realised the instructions for the safe were wrong so maybe you could sit down with the staff for an hour some day and have a little session on problem solving and saving guests from stress which they came to your hotel in the first place to get away from.

In a very central location and it was a great price. No complaints apart from the fact that there was no real restaurant there and the bar was very small.

Very convenient location across the street from the central train station. Excellent value for money. We did not have breakfast included in our room rate, but the hotel offered a convenient choice of continental or hot breakfast buffets at different price levels. The continental in particular was truly excellent value. The breakfast room was also pleasant and airy with views of the city. Bed mattresses are a bit soft.

Just right above main train station and near to major shopping malls. As there's casinos and sex shops below the hotel, it was quite noisy after midnight. One of the female staff was quite rude during our check- out. She said that we had not paid for our hotel booking. We explained that we booked our room with booking.com as non-refundable room, and payment has already been deducted from our credit card account, but she still insisted that we pay up. Only after we showed her our payment slip from booking.com that she did another check and found that she had made the mistake on the wrong room number. But we already felt a little insulted by her attitude.

I booked the nh as a last minute deal for Oktoberfest. Despite appearing pretty ordinary from the outside, the location, service and price was unbeatable. Breakfast buffet (until 12pm on a sunday) ensured a great start to the day. Rooms are well soundproofed - and the location (10 mins walking from the centre and 15 minutes walking from Oktoberfest) is unbeatable. No car parking on site, which is a shame, though the hotel does get preferential rates from a nearby city car park (16 Euros a day).

Easily accessible to the main train station and sightseeing tour bus stop. Walking distance to the venue where they had the Oktoberfest as we travelled to Munich for that. Staff unfriendly except for one girl. Lack of information for tourists. No proper map. No staff at counter late at night. Housekeeping walked into our room at 8am to clean the room. Strange for the nh hotel group as I have stayed with the group in Rome and the hotel and staff were excellent.

The hotel was very quiet with no noise on the floors overnight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but otherwise pretty good. There was only one pillow per person and that had very little filling so went flat as soon as you laid on it.

Very good location across from main train station, easy walk to Karlsplatz and center of pedestrian area. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Breakfast was not included with room price and was expensive. Hotel charges 10 euros to use their computer, which is way too high.

Great location, directly opposite to the train station (S-bahn long distance trains). City center is 3 minute walking distance. Rooms are large and cosy. We loved shower gels provided by this hotel (Aqua de la Tierra) :)

We were in Munchen only for one day, and waiting to take the plane from Munchen Airport. We were coming from Austria. The location was very convenient, right across the Central Train Station from Munchen. We used the train to come from Austria and also to go to the airport. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was warm and nice decorated. For only one night of stay it was perfect. Perfect location for those who are in transit in Munchen and are using Train as a way of transport. The breakfast was very expensive, but there where lot of places to eat nearby in the Main Train Station and also outside the Station. Also the free internet in the lobby is limited to a half on hour. Another thing, our room had a door inside the room that connected it to other room. Due to this door you could hear everything happening in the other room.

The room was top quality, very comfortable. We had a deluxe or superior room and the inclusive minibar was a nice touch. The location was excellent being less than a mile to Marienplatz, a nice easy stroll Just the location next to the sex shop and casino, but we know what to expect booking a hotel next to a major railway station

“Mi-a placut deosebit de mult acest hotel. Mi-au placut si oamenii care m-au intampinat. Deosebit de atenti, profesionisti, seriosi, amabili, saritori si informati cu privire la solicitarile mele facute odata cu rezervarea... Inregistrarea cazarii si primirea cheii de la camera s-au incadrat intr-un timp de maximum 3 minute... O parcare subterana foarte incapatoare si usor accesibila a reprezentat pt mine o surpriza deosebit de placuta...Camera spatioasa, iesire pe terasa, la etajul 1, liniste deplina in timpul noptii, baia mare, curata si primitoare, pe scurt o incantare pentru orice turist obosit, venit de departe, asa cum am fost noi...Micul dejun a depasit asteptarile noastre, deosebit de bogat si variat (inclusiv sampanie...pt doritori !!!), iar spatiul alocat a fost generos.
