close to center, good connections with the railway station and airport, large room, clean and pleasant it is second time coming and I am strongly complain about the behavior of receptionist, at the arrival. Always try to cheat you and charge for breakfast, even it was not booked. If you are not strong enough to fight with them, they will succeed to charge you the breakfast even you do not want. The cost of breakfast is to high and the place is almost on lobby, so the people coming-going are looking on you eating!! |

Great location, safe walking distance from city, shops, pubs, market. Facilities are clean, spacious and value for money. Very comfortable. Chambermaids a bit too persistant to get into the room; ignoring 'do not disturb' etc. However, we did have late starts due to previous late nights. Only a minor irritation - would not put us off and good to know they are eager to keep the room looking great. |

Nice staff. Large room with separate bed and living room parts. Parking garage directly below hotel at minimum costs (euro 6,00 for 24 hours). Hotel is close to the train station. The anouncements of the station woke us up in the morning. You were still allowed to smoke in the bar. |

Very central location, ideal for shopping and the City. Large suite nad clean. Nice breakfast buffet but a little expensive at 16 Euro each. Nothing negative except price of Breakfast (but you can eat as much as you like!) |

Very helpful and positive reception staff. The front door did not work and one of the two lifts was out of order for most of the time. Breakfast was very expensive. |

if you have to stay in dortmund, this is very close to the station so you can leave quickly. staff very friendly and welcoming. while staff were welcoming, they were very unhelpful. when asked about the location of an art exhibition, both staff on duty said they didn't know and did not offer to find out for me. it turned out that the exhibition was across the street! found the attitude very strange. depressing restaurant and bar. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent, right beside the main station and city centre. Breakfast had a nice variety. Rooms are beautiful and spacious and quiet. 10/10 |

Business related visit to a local retail event. The choice of swisscom as an Internet Provider is suboptimal. The roaming options are limited and prices are bordering on obscene. I immensely value free Internet or at least a T-Mobile Hotspot at the hotels I'm visiting. |

Our room was spotless. We liked the mini-bar area and also the lights in the room. We also enjoyed the modern look of the whole suite with the very nice and comfortable bed. Will definitly stay there again. The interenet is not free of charge (except the one in the lobby for 15 minutes) and i think the breakfast is too expensive. |
