Nice and clean rooms, valuable pricing. The open hours of the spa/sauna/fitness facilities are very limited. Disappointing. The WiFi service is expensive and low quality. The free version (lobby hotspot) has a very low bandwidth.

Nice hotel. I found a good deal on booking.com so the price was right. Reasonably close to public transport. Much larger and nicer room then the two other hotels I've stayed at in Dresden. Breakfast was a bit pricy at 16 euros. The food was good but still a bit expensive.

Die Größe der Zimmer und des Bads sind angenehm, die Betten waren gut bis sehr gut. Unser Zimmer lag im 3. Stock zu einem Innenhof, wodurch es sehr ruhig war. Auch die Zwischentür zu Bad und Flur sorgte für Ruhe. Das Frühstück ist mit 16 Euro absolut überteuert. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich, aber nicht wirklich hilfsbereit z.B. bei Informationen zu Veranstaltungen. Ein absolutes no-go war die Reaktion eines Mitarbeiters, als er mir sagen musste, dass er keine Straßenbahnkarten mehr hatte. Er schlug mir vor, sie an der Haltestelle zu lösen. Auf meinen Einwand, dass diese Haltestelle aber weiter weg sei, als die, zu der ich gehen wollte, meinte er nur: "So weit ist das auch nicht, das schaffen Sie schon." Wirklich hilfreich wäre der Hinweis gewesen, dass es in jeder Straßenbahn einen Automaten gibt.

Sehr schön angelegtes Hotel, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, super nettes Personal, kompetent, immer freundlich und höflich. Sehr gute Besetzung des Personals im Barbereich - öffnungszeiten der Bar sehr gut. Wirklich zum Weiterempfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Viersterne - Businesshotel unweit des Dresdner Stadtzentrums. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Stark Lärmempfindliche mögen bitte nach einem Zimmer auf der Hofseite verlangen. Kostenloses Wifi nur im Lobby, mit eigenem Laptop/iPhone und zeitlich begrenzt verfügbar. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gutes Preis - und Leistungsverhältnis. / a four star business hotel near city center of Dresden. Commodious, clean rooms, friendly staff. If you are very sensitive to noise please demand a room on the courtside of the hotel. Wireless lan for free is only available in the hotel lobby on your own notebook or iphone and limited in time. Parking for free near the hotel. Good price - value ratio.

Schöne, kompfortable und ruhige Zimmer, freundlicher Empfang, gute Ausstattung, angemessener Preis. Insgesamt gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis mit kompetentem Service Die öffnungszeiten des Fitness und Wellnessbereiches sind ausbaufähig, möglicherweise der Fitnessbereich 24/7 für Frühaufsteher oder Spätankommene, im Bad waren noch einige Haare auf dem Boden,

Als erstes gefiel mir der Preis in Relation zu dem, was das Haus bietet, z. B. Sauna und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Restaurant bietet in einem schönen Ambiente und einem superfreundlichen Angestellten ein gutes Getränke- und Essensangebot. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde -da mein Sohn in Dresden studiert- sicherlich häufiger Gast in Ihrem Hause sein.

Hotelausstattung und Zimmer waren dem Standart angemessen und in Ordnung. Das Zimmer hatte leider eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das Zimmer in der 5. Etage lag genau unter dem Fitness- / Wellnessbereich. Dadurch sehr laut durch dröhnenden Heimtrainer und sehr warm im Zimmer, Klima kühlte nicht herunter und das geöffnete Fenster brachte nur relative Abkühlung.

Das Zimmer war geraeumig und wirklich modern eingerichtet. Gut war fuer eine Winterreise auch die Sauna. Das Hotel lag zwar eher am Stadtrand, was aber nicht stoert, da man mit der Straßenbahn binnen weniger Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Hab im Bett echt schlecht schlafen koennen, Matratze war doch sehr hart.
