Great size room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, 20metres from the metro, had everything we needed. The pillows were very thin so a bit uncomfortable but that's all. |

Big rooms, sufficient space with work desk and dressing table. Great location with the train station almost at the doorstep of hotel. Nice lazy chair for after a tiring day's work. Hotel staff were not so friendly. |

Nice hotel, the U bahn is just cross a road and the internet cost is 10.70 euro approx for 24 hours but it not that high speed btw. Helpful staff ,thanks alot for them and they deserved a 5 star hotel not 4 star (the staff) They room service is just reorganize the room as its dirt |

The hotel was close to the Hauptbahnhof, which is very handy. And across the road from a s-bahn Not much to do in the hotel. More choice needed on food menu. |

nice lobby area, everything seems new. decent decor, although maybe mustard yellow walls aren't to everybodys taste. decent value for money. easy to find, just across the road from the underground station. we didn't have any independent control over the extractor fan in the bathroom so it became very steamy & humid when taking a shower - it just turned itself on intermittently at times which were of no use (usually when we were in bed). The hotel restaurant menu is wannabe 'pretentious cuisine' but it could well be microwave meals that are served - desserts were a rip off, tinned orange slices smothered in mint leaves, yuck! |

U-bahn is right next doors and takes you to/back from city center even after midnight. The parking is eur 15 per day, but there you can leave the car on the street. |

The metro station is very close to the Hotel! (just 15 steps from Hotel). It's very calm place. It will be great to have the kettle in the room! Pls, think about it. |

The hotel and rooms are modern and from a good size.The breakfast is very various and fresh. The man at the lobbydesk did not like his work and showed that to us,the ladies where o.k.The checkin time at 15.00 ours is late when the hotel is not full. |

location, really close to everything, spacious room, comfortable bed, good buffet breakfast Bad housekeeping: came into the room to clean it up at 4.30 pm without knocking nor noticing I was inside sleeping! |

I like the architecture of the hotel, the position I have big problem with the informational sistem of the hotel, they forgot the price of our reservation and they took us over 1000 euro from credit card without asking us,and we receive the money very hard only after a week, and when we wanted to leave the hotel they forgot our problem and wanted to thake the money again, and we were about to lose the plane.we will never stay at your hotell again, |

the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the location was good, very close to the railway station, an the staff nice with me! i didn`t like the fact that not everybody in the staff was speaking english....and that`s one of the major problems in dusseldorf! |
