The breakfast is decent, nothing special but nothing to complain. The hall, I mean the entry is also pretty nice... But after that... After u leave the reception and take the lift (which is also not that bad...) the hotel becomes more similar to an Hospital. The furniture is just old, the rooms looks like 30 years old, forniture is old, bathroom old, small window... Really cold and without any style. For the price paid, really nothing nothing speacial. I believe this is an hotel for which one it's worth to pay max eighty euros... Maybe...

The room had a bathtub, and sauna facility The staff had some difficulty understanding my reservation, so check-in wasn't easy. The dry sauna was cold, and the hotel staff didn't know how to adjust the temperature.

Nice location: it takes only 20 seconds to reach Warschauer subway station exit and then about 4 minutes to get to Altstadt. Vitally important especially when you come for 2-3 days to sip some altbeer and cross Konigsallee for a bit of a shopping) very expensive breakfast (19e) comparing to 4-5e for doppio espresso with a delicious sandwich in the cafes around

With the U-Bahn at a very short walking distance, this hotel was at a good location for a short Christmas Market trip. The U-bahn brings you to the Altstadt within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and accommodation is what you expect from a NH hotel. Affordable parking garage under the hotel. Cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The street the hotel is located in does not look that great, the hotel seems a bit out of place there.

The location, the food and the breakfast. They do respond with delays, if you need cleaning facilities. The internet access is expensive for a hotel of this class, where you suppose to have this facilities for free.

Location I did not take my computor this trip, so to use one of the inhouse computors, it costs 5 euros for 15 minutes, I need to use for hours, therefor I walked about two hundred metres to an internet cafe and paid 1 euro per hour.

A U-Bahn station is next to the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel provides U-Bahn timetable to visitors. Moreover, be carefully with pillows because our face, neck, and back were pricked by the stuff/goose feathers filled in pillows. It hurted.

There is no Wi-fi available in the hotel rooms, only cable internet which I could't use for my Mac. It is extremely inconvenient. To use the internet for work I had to go to the lobby.

Due to the deal we found, it was excellent value for money and very close to the metro station which was ideal for the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.
