It was near to the city center, clean They charge you for everything, The pcs from 1st floor are very slow, they charge you for print a page (boarding pass), the girl from the from desk (blond one) was very ungry, not a smile.

Location ideal 1. Tv was not operating properly and problem not resolved despite asking for it to be resolved. The hotel boasts flat screen tv . This was an ancient one . 2. Lighting in room inadequate - impossible to see in wardrobe at nighttime. 3. No bar list in room. Charge made for water when no indication in room that there would be a charge . We contested this. 4. It is obvious that payment up front gives poor service. Not happy with this hotel at all.

It was next to the central shopping district and aproximately 15-20 mins walking distance from the Altstadt(Old City) which is full of pedestrian streets. A positive feature is that at all times there were taxis waiting opposite the Hotel. Also the rooms are cosy and refurbished. There was supposed to be free wifi in the lobby which did not work. Moreover, there was a car park for the hotel which was not expensive. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is also located in a quite neighbourhood. The wifi in the lobby which was not working. The staff at the reception, even though very friendly were not extremely knowledgeable regarding dusseldorf as the ones we had asked were not from that City.

comfortable and good location charges for internet, most hotels do not charge, if on a business trip it can become very expensive hence I used my iPhone instead on my own SIM card costs.

The hotel was ideally situated close to tram line with easy access to Alstadt. For such a nice hotel I couldn't believe they had no tea/coffee facilities in room. Had to hire a kettle with a few teabags but no cups, milk etc. Very poor. Also no trouser press/ironing facilities.

Every year we are in this hotel - always very comfortable and friendly! Nice bads, breakfast, very clean, friendly staff. Very good location. Quite tight in garage... For the same price size of rooms can be different...

nice location, good decoration,cheerful receptionists car park was too narrow, there was no kettle in the room curtains were dirty,our room was 133 they put us in a room next to breakfast room it started to be noisy from 6 am to 10 am, it was hard to get the luggages to the room because there were 2- 3 steps down 1 meter flat and then 2-3 steps up, the aisle was not flat so it was very diffıcult with the heavy luggages, ı think they gave us that room because we only stayed 1 night
