Excellent location, clean, comfortable and friendly and efficient staff.

The booking confirmed "barthrobes, slippers and newspaper" - there were none. I asked and received one instead of two.

Price for breakfast is way too high - 19eur. There are many great options around the hotel for 30% of the price....

It was centrally located.

Its a big pity that there was not a kettle,cups,tea,coffee,milk,sugar in the room as its nice to be able to have a cup of something anytime without having to put on your clothes or call waiter service.In Ireland and other countries hotels they usually have a kettle. Some items in the buffet breakfast ran out such as bacon,scrambled egg ran out&there was a delay in replinishing it.I Asked a waitress for bacon when I was at the fruit&she said its over there,I said that it was not&she said its in the kitchen....I Do not know if she wanted me to go in to the kitchen for it or not? There was no heating in room?!?

The hotel was central, clean and reasonably comfortable. Staff were efficient and cooperative. We had free access to wi fi for a limited period each day- that was good.

The room was very hot as there is no air conditioning in this hotel- a fan and free standing air conditioner were provided, but this was very noisy. Opening the window at night would have helped, but the noise outside from city traffic etc prevented us from doing this. The staff were not as friendly and welcoming as at other hotel in Germany. Breakfast was not included in the price and the cost of breakfast had we wanted it was very high. We would not use this hotel again.

Great htel and great staff

Location was brilliant. Convenient for virtually everything. Breakfast was very good and staff were attentive. Reception staff were very helpful and efficient. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean and modern.

Staff did not replace tioletries in the bathroom. Major downside was the lack of air conditioning, or at least ac that worked. The rooms were extremely hot as outside temperatures ranged between 28-32. Unusually hot but still no excuse for lack of ac.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The breakfast was good.

This hotel does not deserve the star rating it has! The staff did not take any notice of our request when booking six months previously for a room close to a lift as I have trouble walking. In fact our room was the furthest possible from a lift! No restaurant or room service available and no tea or coffee making facilities within the room. The soap was taken from our room after the first night and was not replaced. The staff were not able to answer many of our questions and were quite unhelpful. The breakfast room lacked any atmosphere.

I know that there was an exhibition on but €320 per night for a basic hotel and this didnt include breakfast or coffee making facilities ???????
