L'habitació era confortable, molt bona idea lo de tenir una tetera per a cafè o infusions, el servei de bus shuttle a l'aeroport o a la fira m'ha fet l'estada pràctica i agradable Les possibilitats per sopar potser eren una mica massa limitades. Encara que el personal era molt amable. |

Very convenient for the Airport. Exterior is a bit dour and functional, but inside decor and facilities are great. Food in restaurant was excellent, choice a bit limited but I'd rather have this than poor food and a wide choice. Highly recommended if travelling via Frankfurt airport. |

Excellent quality of the room. Quiet place. The food offered in the restaurant is far to expensive for the quality offered. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. |

Close proximity to the Frankfurt Airport, not more than 5 minutes by shuttle. The hotel noise, room to room, was absolutely unbelievable. You could hear every chair moving, every door closing, etc. It was almost impossible to sleep past 6am once the hotel guests started to move. The restaurant has a very limited menu and is very, very expensive for only average food. |

The proximity to the airport The room was cleaned but our bathroom was still dirty. After we pointed it out to the cleaning person, he did a very superficial cleaning job. |

Convenient to airport, free shuttle to airport, easy access to trains Limited to 15 min per day on the Internet in the lobby, while 5 min of that was used logging in! Very frustrating. Advertised as free Internet in public area---not exactly true. I booked this hotel because of the ad for free access, but all else was superb! |

15-minute free Internet service very nice amenity; shuttle service, excellent; friendly, accommodating staff; on-premises cafe a nice surprise w/good food. Still trying to resolve issue of charge on our visa card. We pre-paid the stay online and paid cash for dinner charge (at check-out). Have a $147.57 charge that I have emailed the hotel about (and someone is checking on this). Prompt return email, although still not resolved. |

Good location, near to the airport and the city center, free shuttle service to the airport 3 times every hour. No house keeping service (room cleaning), breakfast very expensive. |

The ambience of the room was very nice, inviting lobby, pleasant surroundings. The hot water in the shower was not nice and hot and would fluctuate between warm, and warm with quite cool currents in it. They advertised free internet in the lobby...implying no time restrictions. One got only 15 minutes. Tell me how much anyone can accomplish in 15 minutes. More of an aggravation than a service. I thought it was a bit chintzy. I know that parking is an issue in all of Europe but I am of the opinion that when you pay ca. $120 a night for a room and additional $18,$19 is adding insult to injury. |

I found it a bit expensive for a basic hotel but then all the listed hotels in the area were more than I had expected. In this day and age they shouldn't be charging for internet service which was not good value for the price |

They have an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. Desk staff very efficient and helpful. Their breakfast buffet is very average and exceptionally expensive. It is, however, your only option at the hotel. I would leave a little earlier and get something at the airport. |
