The shuttle bus is convenient. The location is good, I booked a non somoking room and told the staff during check in but she gave me a smoking room also. There was very strong smoke smell in the corridor. The staff in the roomkeeping office opposite my room, talking loudly in the early morning and with their door opened. The restaurant service was not good. I have to sit there about half hours without any service and it is the same while I look at the people arround me. I have stayed in many different NH hotel, I real don't think they working according to the NH standard. |

The room is clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. The airport shuttle bus is excellent. The bus driver is friendly and helpful. Slightly expensive food and internet service, but it's expected at an airport hotel. |

Eating is so expensive, and we had no chose to out eat, becuase the air port location will not allow us to go any where. I will never eat there again, the good costed the same as my room for only one dinner. |

乾淨 方便靠近機場 可轉火車到frankfurt . 大約am8.30左右 .我們還在餐廳用早餐時 而且還沒check out 就有清潔人員已經進入房間內準備打掃 造成我們的困擾. to suggest after check out then start to clean |

Very convenient for the Airport. Exterior is a bit dour and functional, but inside decor and facilities are great. Food in restaurant was excellent, choice a bit limited but I'd rather have this than poor food and a wide choice. Highly recommended if travelling via Frankfurt airport. |

Close proximity to the Frankfurt Airport, not more than 5 minutes by shuttle. The hotel noise, room to room, was absolutely unbelievable. You could hear every chair moving, every door closing, etc. It was almost impossible to sleep past 6am once the hotel guests started to move. The restaurant has a very limited menu and is very, very expensive for only average food. |

Convenient to airport, free shuttle to airport, easy access to trains Limited to 15 min per day on the Internet in the lobby, while 5 min of that was used logging in! Very frustrating. Advertised as free Internet in public area---not exactly true. I booked this hotel because of the ad for free access, but all else was superb! |

15-minute free Internet service very nice amenity; shuttle service, excellent; friendly, accommodating staff; on-premises cafe a nice surprise w/good food. Still trying to resolve issue of charge on our visa card. We pre-paid the stay online and paid cash for dinner charge (at check-out). Have a $147.57 charge that I have emailed the hotel about (and someone is checking on this). Prompt return email, although still not resolved. |
