Difficult for others to reach hotel on phone from outside. Reception did not pick calls in time.

A room is quite clean and tidy, and the staff gave good and friendly service.

1. Breakfast is too expencive. If there is reasonable plan including breakfast, I would like to choose. 2. Ceaking in, my colleague has met the trouble. When he entered the room, the other person has already stayed the room. It is a big problem for security.

Excellent room

The internet connection was painfully slow. It was free in the superior room but I would not want to pay for it in a regular room as it is timed by the minute. Also on one occasion the housekeeper did not replenish the soap, and when soap was ordered from reception it never arrived either.

The hotel was wonderful and comfortable including a vary nice staff , I really recommend this hotel to every one like to stay cool and relax in their holiday.

the brekfast price

The room felt a little dated, but it was adequate. The location was decent as you are not far from the river or the altstadt. Breakfast on Sunday is outstanding, even by American standards.

I felt the staff was a bit indifferent, especially compared to all the other hotels we were in during our trip. If we had to do it again, I might try to get closer to the river or even on the other side of the river.

location and cleanliness of hotel

The staff in reception was not friendly. I talked 3 staffs but all of them were unfriendly.

It is very well located in the center of Frankfurt. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

No Iron in the room, Narrow beds and noisy AC.Inside rooms have no ventilation and low levels of light.

The hotel is centrally located, close to shops and a short walk to the business area. It is on a direct train line from airport and is in an area which is safe for a single female to wander about at night.

Excellent location, 5 min walking distance from the city center.

The location was key. Close to the main shopping area and restaurants. Easy access to a subway station. The staff were friendly and obliged when we asked for a late check out as we had a late night flight. Free wifi was a plus point as well.

The only slight problem we had was that the adapter given by the hotel didn't work for our laptop as our laptop had a 3 pin plug. The adapter only worked on a 2 pin plug.
