hotel location was good, near almost all important site seing of frankfurt, and hotel was clean

Room service were very very very bad, they open the door without even nocking, and when they nock they didnt wait for the answer, and open immediately, we escalate that for the manager two times, and as an appology they sent me a frout dish, the room service girl opend the door again without nocking to give us this dish :) isnt that stupid,

The Hotel staff were very helpful at all times, which is very good. The Hotel is only a few minutes away from the shopping centre and restaurants and the area is very safe especially if a lady is traveling on her own.

Well the location is perfect in the center , the rooms are good and worth the money , the staff are nice and helpfull

well idont really have much except in the Hotel corridor there is a a stinky smell, idont know if that apply for all teh floors but i stayed in the 5th floor and it smilled like cat feeses, but that was only in the corridor , in the room the smell was totaly normal

Perfect breakfast in a huge buffet, clean and large rooms, nice and comfortable breakfast room. Look out for the weekend deals with better prices!

They should have more bathroom amenities, like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, e.t.c

The room was very comfortable considering we were a family of four and absolutely 100% better than any of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. The breakfast was also fantastic, catering for every taste.

Really it's 2 or 3 stars hotel, it does not have even the main facilities expected to be in 4 star hotel.

The location of this hotel was amazing. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do--shopping, museums, etc. Our room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

Although the check-in is at 15:00, they gave us the room at 10:00, without extra charge. Very convenient location, close to “Zeil” Street. Nice breakfast and very, very, very comfortable bed. Free Internet.

Internet is provided free in the room, but not wireless. That was not a problem for us, but remember to bring your LAN-cable.

nice ,spacious and modern room ,Comfortable bed ,good location it's in the center of downtown, walking distance to Zeil shopping area. Staff very pleasent and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return.
