Around 7 min walk to Ziel St, quiet, clean, new and tidy rooms, and not that far to Train Station and airport by car. They lost my visa card data and my reservation through BOOKING.COM. No body carried my loggage when I checked in and I asked for help then the receptionist gave a trolley and told me to serve my self. It took me 35 min to Check out and bring my loggage to the reception. Finally, no body help me in loading my loggage in the Taxi. So, if you are travelling without your wife (just a small bag) this hotel is perfect for you.

Staff were always very friendly and extremely helpful - could not have been better. The room was well planned and comfortable. Excellent lighting in the bathroom which is so important. Complimentary tea/coffee was rather limited - only two creamers and very strong coffee which meant only one of us had coffee. There were marks on the bedcover which did not look good and the carpet is in need of replacement. Most hotels nowadays offer free internet. Because there was a Messe on we had to pay E400 on our 4th and last night - this was really extreme as the other nights were E79. The safe was at the very bottom of the cupboard. In order to read directions one had to lie flat on the floor!! If there is no alternative space for a safe at least print a set of instructions and put this in position where it can be read!

Staff were friendly, clean comfortable room It is hard to imagine a business hotel in 2012 not having wifi available in rooms. I was unable to work because of this and had to move hotels. The hotel is overpriced for what it is and on top of that an additional 24 for breakfast

The location is right in the city center, you can go to the main spots on foot. Internet is not free in the rooms and very expensive. You can only use the two PC's in the lobby for 10 minutes. Generally, staff is genial however there is a guy in the reception which can be so impolite and even chew up the guests.

I only liked the location to be honest. Everything else was a complete waste. It is very close to Zeil street so it's a good location if ur there to shop. First of all, it is 79 euros for room only, n I do literally mean room only. U dont even get a free water bottle. Nothing! The water bottle costs 4 euros. Breakfast costs 24 euros for each person which is expensive for a 4 star hotel. There is no wireless internet in the room - we live in the 21st century! Another thing that was unprofessional was the attitude of the staff. We kindly asked for late check-out since we wanted to go shopping in the morning but the reception lady kept repeating: u have to pay. She didnt even try to explain it, just: no, u have to pay. Then we tried asking if we could leave our luggage at reception until we come back from shopping and all we got was: u have to pay. I'm not even sure if she was listening to what I had to say. I am very thankful that we checked-out after one night only and left to another hotel where we were respected.

Hotel is located very close to the zeil which is the main shopping area. The rooms are quite nice and beds very comfy. Staff were extremely unhelpful. We were to join a large ruise party at this hotel, however reception staff could give us no information about representative would be located. Extremely unhelpful and gave us a bad impression of the hotel.

Location was good and bereakfast was very nice. Breakfast price is very high. Our reserved an paid for double room was given away before our arrival, so we had to sleep in a single person room for the first night. (we did get a complementary breakfast the next morning)

I requested the non-smoking room. Howevwe, original allocated room was smoking room. I requested the non-smoking room again, and it was accepted. But I needed to wait for more than 15 minutes. The person at the reception (young guy) was a poor job of check-in. I cannot recommend this hotel to the peoples, except the man who has enough time.

Great location. Breakfast had a large selection & long opening hours - costly though at EUR24 per person per day! bar staff friendly but the bar manager was rude and abrupt on both occasions we used the restaurant. Wireless Internet is NOT available in the rooms and the LAN is poor and costs extra.

The room was clean and the breakfast menu good. One of the members of the reception staff, one in particular was not very welcoming. I checked in early for my room which has been prepaid. I Requested a Double bed at check in. The lady at reception said that the room had a twin bed. I made it clear I was alone and that I was checking in early so I could make sure of getting a double bed. Only after a couple of times when I insisted that she check did she find me a room with a double bed. You have to train all your staff to be more friendly and more helpful. The price for Breakfast is not competitive €24 is far too expensive. At breakfast after I had sat down with my plate of breakfast and pot of tea I asked a waitress to get me a glass of orange juice. Rather than helping me the waitress said I could help myself by getting it from the machine. The waitress was more interested in other things rather than helping a customer who had already helped himself. What is the point for paying such high charges if your waitresses can't be bothered to give service when requested? I also found at dinner time you were charging €8 for a bottle of mineral water. That is totally unacceptable and looks as if you are totally out to overcharge your customers. Also my internet service did not work in room 513 which is unacceptable considering this is one of the facilities I rely on when using your Hotel. I am considering staying at other 4 star Hotels as both lack of service and excessive menu cost seems to have let the Hotel down in providing me value and service during 2 stays at your hotel.

Centrally located, the superior room was spacious, the bathroom was clean. Bath did not contain plug to hold 100% of water. Price of breakfast didn't seem competitive compared to downtown.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Frankfurt, specialy if you are planning for shopping. While many cheaper hotels are offering WiFi facilities to the customers this 4 star hotel is refrain to do so. Further more cleanliness of hallways is very poor. Also price for bereakfast is quite high.
