Понравилось: месторасположение - 5 мин до Zeila, паркинг прямо напротив входа (цена, правда, европейская, блин), уровень самого отеля (номера, персонал - отдельное спасибо - немного накосячил при заказе - все поправили, деньги вернули, в общем, пошли навстречу и отнеслись с пониманием; бар на уровне - вино отличное местное). Немного расстроило сначала отсутствие WiFi (только в баре, вроде), но после вопросов на лобби был немедленно осчастливлен шнурком для выхода в инет в номере (не забудьте вернуть-при выезде спросили - я в номере оставил).Цена-даже не знаю.Рядом есть и дешевле, и дороже.В общем,мне понравилось.ЗЫ:Зоопарк рядом-ребенка водили. |

A room is quite clean and tidy, and the staff gave good and friendly service. 1. Breakfast is too expencive. If there is reasonable plan including breakfast, I would like to choose. 2. Ceaking in, my colleague has met the trouble. When he entered the room, the other person has already stayed the room. It is a big problem for security. |

The breakfast was very expensive and I made two local calls (frankfurt city) and the bill came to 52 euros for 11 minutes!!!. The unfriendland cold staff. The high prices for anything outside the room rate |

Excellent room The internet connection was painfully slow. It was free in the superior room but I would not want to pay for it in a regular room as it is timed by the minute. Also on one occasion the housekeeper did not replenish the soap, and when soap was ordered from reception it never arrived either. |

The rooms were huge, the bed was very comfortable.It was clean and well equipt.It is in a great spot for shopping or sightseeing. |

The room felt a little dated, but it was adequate. The location was decent as you are not far from the river or the altstadt. Breakfast on Sunday is outstanding, even by American standards. I felt the staff was a bit indifferent, especially compared to all the other hotels we were in during our trip. If we had to do it again, I might try to get closer to the river or even on the other side of the river. |

Cleanliness and security. Convenience for shops restaurants and public transport. Also Taxis right outside the door. Reception staff efficient but not very friendly. On the first day of our stay, the room was still not cleaned by 4:00pm, despite having left the hotel at 9:30am. |

It is very well located in the center of Frankfurt. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. No Iron in the room, Narrow beds and noisy AC.Inside rooms have no ventilation and low levels of light. |

The hotel is centrally located, close to shops and a short walk to the business area. It is on a direct train line from airport and is in an area which is safe for a single female to wander about at night. |

We were only one night in Frankfurt and the situation near railwaystation and shopping area was perfect to us. We didn`t have breakfast, because it was too expensive. |
