两个房间的灯都出现问题

Young lady (Michelle) on reception was very efficient and provided an excellent service to us on arrival during a busy period. Great value for money - excellent location.

the air condition is not working, the room is very hot. no weired or wifi internet in the room. no public or private parking.

Clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Close to Zeil and S-bahn.

I think that the price was 139 euros with breakfast, but I paid 24 extra for breakfast do not know why

Nh Frankfurt City is well located. Just a stroll away is for shopping, for worship ( for Catholics ) and for food lovers. It is where the action is. Worth a stay for a city trip.

The location is generally ok.

The room is small. No Internet in the room (have to pay). No basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, The kettle has a smell. The towel was torn.

Location, location, location. I had a wonderful room, with absolutely no noise from the outside world. Good size rooms as is always expected from nh properties.

Checkout process was a big too long. Expensive breakfast. They charged for the internet usage, which came as a surprise, as you had a ethernet cable in the room. You plug it in, starts working, without a warning or a charges screen.

I thought that the hotel was old, but everywhere in the hotel including the room where I stayed for three nights was clean.

In Japan, a toliet is equipped very well with a wash-let funciton. In the near future, please consider the introduction.

Paid Internet service has problem, I stayed at room #636. Internet is so slow and keep time out when I check email or website. I had to go to lobby / restaurant to use free wifi to check my email. It is not convenient for business customer....

Location, staff were very helpful. Duvet and pillows very nice.

The price of breakfast was outrageous. If I was travelling for pleasure I would never dine in. Also says on website free wifi but is not in your room. The lighting in bar area could be a lot better. Not very welcoming. Wouldn't stay In bar for a drink. The room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly when we stayed.
