Position, price, friendliness of staff, well designed rooms and breakfast. It's become our favorite hotel in Frankfurt and we recommend it to friends and acquaintances without hesitation.

We loved it all!

Cozy, well-appointed, nicely designed rooms. Excellent location of hotel within walking distance of central Frankfurt and close to all transportation.

Very smart & comfortable room.

The WiFi / Internet was very poor / slow. It was basically unusable for business email. This was VERY frustrating.

The staff person that checked us in, was very helpful and gave us a great welcome. The hotel overall was clean, and budget friendly as well. We will come back

1. The price for Breakfast did not reflect what it was served. Perhaps lower the price ... to be honest your hotel is not a 5-star hotel. 2. It would be nice if you clean and clear the parking lot due to snow, it will make much easier the exit from the hotel. 3. The beds were a worn and hard, we stayed in room 10 so, perhaps is time to change the mattress.

The staff is extremely friendly ! The rooms are very comfortable!

It is quite a problem since there is NO elevator ... if you have big suitcases you have a problem...

we where given a room on the 3rd floor but there no elevator and our bags where so heavy to carry up, if you travelling with heavy bags make sure to get lower level room

Internet speed was slow; I couldn't download my newspaper.

Ideal place for visiting the exhibition, free wifi, rich breakfast, and nice restaurants within a few minutes walking.

We stayed there for a night before catching an international flight. It was a nice friendly place to stay in. The receptionist was very friendly indeed by showing us the places to visit in Frankfurt and things to do/eat. You need to ask the right questions.

Parking is limited to 6 cars in the compound. Even there are plenty of car parks at the road side, it is fully occupied by students/lecturer car as its near to the University of Goethe.

Quiet location, very friendly reception, well-worked facilities, one word, the room is comfortable.

Warm and kind staff. The room is very spacious. Everything is perfect.

Our room was very spacious and clean. They provided all toiletries, and even robes and slippers! The internet is free you just have to ask the receptionist for a code. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay there again.

The location was poor from a tourists perspective. (However having said that, Frankfurt has a very good transportation system with a stop close to the hotel).

The reception ladies are so kind!!! The room is just awesome! I love everything there!

NO ELEVATOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. We chose nh Die Villa Frankfurt Messe Hotel because of the very attractive price which included free parking on the hotel site, which appeared on the top of Booking.com’s best-value hotels at the time of our booking on 28 July – we stayed there on 01 & 02 September 2012 for 2 nights. 2. Upon arrival at late night on 01 September from Switzerland (Zürich), we realised there were only 7 (for 8) parking spaces available at the back yard of the hotel, and all spaces had been taken. But, we found a very roomy space at the side (kind of back door) of the house, where the garbage-collection lorry probably usually would park for rubbish collections. Since it was a Saturday night, and so, we decided to park at that space, believing there would be no rubbish collection during our stay. We did not go down to the car park of the next-door Marriott Hotel, because we were driving a 2.1-meter-high van (for moving our simple furniture items back to Scotland from Zürich) which was too high to enter that underground car park. We had no problem at all over the parking issue during the whole stay. 3. We were delighted and amazed that we were given one of their 2 top-floor penthouse suites, although we originally booked one standard double room !!! We really enjoyed the large sitting room and the very cosy bedroom, plus the spacious bathroom. We especially appreciated the long deep bathtub which gave us wonderful baths ! The shower above the bathtub was also a very good one ! All rooms were spotlessly clean and if needed, the cold air-conditioning could be switched on anytime, wonderful for hot summer days. 4. Very convenient for going to the town centre (Frankfurt main train station), as tram services are just 3 minutes-walk away. 5. Very convenient for walking to the Palmengarten. 6. Despite on a busy road, our suite was very quiet for good rest / sleep. 7. Very friendly helpful staff members.

This is not a criticism, but a friendly suggestion to the hotel owner : 1. It will be perfect, that a lift is installed to this hotel, to allow elderly or disabled guests to be able to go up to enjoy those 2 fabulous penthouse suites on the top floor ! 2. On the website, it is better to specify that there are only 8 parking spaces while there are 22 rooms in this villa-type hotel – and some late-comer guests might not be able to park their cars in the back garden / yard area, needing to pay for parking next door at the underground car park of the Marriott Hotel. 3. Also will be more informative, if the hotel could place a notice on the website, that there would be no staff members on-site checking in guests, after certain hours at night - which happened to us with this hotel on 01 September 2012. We were lucky that we stopped at their NH Messe Hotel by mistake, before reaching this NH Die Villa Hotel - and their night-duty manager kindly instructed us on how to check ourselves into the Villa Hotel.

Great location, beautiful room, newly appointed, excellent breakfast. Deserves more stars than it has.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was great, spotless clean and very comfortable.

Road works on the street, wasn't that easy to find, especially as we checked in rather late.

Last year we were in nh in Hamburg and we like it. This hotel is high standard too. I think in future we will book nh again. ----- год назад останавливались в nh в гамбурге, всё понравилось. и здесь тоже всё на высоком уровне. думаю, в будущем воспользуемся услугами nh.

There is no elevator. There was reconstruction of the street during our stay, so it was hardly to find hotel parking --------- нет лифта. когда мы останавливались вокруг улицы были перекопаны и огорожены, из-за этого сложно было найти гостиничную парковку.
