Clean rooms

1. When we made reservation we asked for baby cot. When we came, it was not ready. When I asked - I got answer that they have used all of them. When I asked for a spare blanket, we spent 30 mins with receptionist - the only person in 300 room hotel by searching for it and putting it in. 2. The shuttle bus for this hotel is crazy. When we came to airport, I called hotel to ask if it comes still as it was 0:00. I was told to wait 15 mins. After waiting 40 mins and calling back I found out that the last left before my first phone call...On the other morning when we need to go back to airport, driver shouted at us and hit the brakes for standing up in the minibus to ask him a question.Also crazy breakfast - 19 eur/person.Not worth 4 star.

The staff was friendly, and the shuttle efficient. Our superior room was very large and uncomfortable.

The room could've used a little more lighting. Not a serious problem, though.

All ok! I recommend! Transportation and comfort.

We just needed a hotel for one night close to the airport so this hotel was good with its shuttle bus to the airport a major reason for us selecting it. The hotel is modern and has excelent facilities and within a short walk of the town. Our room was huge and quiet.

Surprised that the "free" shuttle bus cost 5 euro each to get back to the airport

The hotel is located in a quiet business park outside the little town of Mörfelden. Frankfurt centre is a little over 20 km away but is easily reachable by S-bahn from the Mörfelden train station where regular trains link you in around 20 minutes to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. To get from the hotel to the Mörfelden train station you best have a car available. A short taxi ride is also an option. Walking to the train station from the hotel takes between 30 to 45 minutes depending on how leisurely you want to make it. The hotel has a nice spatious lobby area and ample rooms in modern, contemporary design. Since the hotel is located in a business park, it is very quiet. There is free Wifi in the lobby area.

Despite the new, modern rooms, cleanliness was not the strongest point of the nh Mörfelden. Upon arrival we found a chewing gum glued to our bedside lamp which had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. The chewing gum being of a fluorescent nature and jumbo-size it's hard to imagine how this could have been overlooked. Second minus was a leaking sink in the bathroom. We mended it by placing the thrash can underneath which thus filled with water up to half the can. The next day after the room had been made, we found that the maid after cleaning had simply taken the thrash can away from the leaking sink and didn't even empty the water. The restaurant is probably not the best feature of the hotel either with a limited menu range and rather steep prices, eating at the hotel is not a very attractive option.

The location was convenient to the Frankfurt Airport. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The restaurant had good food, but a very limited menu selection. Service was ok.

Check in was slow and they had some issue with a pre-paid room? The air- conditioning in my room did not function properly and this was a major issue for me with health issues. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is 19 Euro extra, which is excessive imo. W-Lan is also an extra charge. I tried to phone reception numerous times during the evening and received no answer.

Close to airport w/ shuttle

No television programs in English except the news I didn't mind spending 19 Euro for breakfast but expected a bigger selection.

Nh hotel close to the airport.

The drain handle of bath tab is missing.So I could not drain the water.I Could not belive it because of nh hotel reputation. I waited for the shattle bus around 30 minutes. It is too long.

While the hotel was fairly priced. Shuttle service was excellent.

A .2L cocacola was almost 3 Euro same price in the lobby as out of the mini bar in the rooms. All breakfast is rather expensive. The rooms them selves are nice however, walls are paper thin and you can here everyone on the floor above and below your room as well as on the floor of your room.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Frankfurt. Its free shuttle takes you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

The room is perfect, very big. Price even better. Very good choice to stay here in between flights. Free bus every 30 minutes to airport.
