It's fine the shuttle drivers ask customers for the tip but the way makes me feel very embarrased and uncomfortable. |

A perfect business hotel offering everything a traveling business person needs. Convenient parking, comfortable rooms and a good standard restaurant. Everything is clean and well maintained and the staff is professional and polite. |

size of room, staff was attentive and courteous, free shuttle to airport, comfort of bed, location close to airport shuttle dropped everyone in shuttle off at Terminal 1 despite fact that most flights leave from Terminal 2 at Frankfurt airport |

This hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The spoke perfect English and were very helpful. We choose this hotel for the airport shuttle but it was much more than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was exceptional. |

Clean, comfotable, decent bed, not very expensive compares to other frankfurt hotels Very isolate and the breakfast has a bad quality and too expensive. Almost 20 euros per person. |

I very much liked the design of the hotel, the very accommodating staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent shuttle service that was free. I also liked the fact that they offered coffee, juice and small croissants for those who had to be at the airport at very early times. It was great and thoughtful. I also very much enjoyed the excellent lunch buffet and thought the price was very reasonable. The buffet offered scrumptuous fare and the presentation was very nice. Our waitress was extremely courteous and delightful to talk to. Her English was immaculate. I don't remember her name but I do want to remark her professionalism to this survey. I definitely will stay again at this hotel, if I need to catch an early flight. It was okay to pay for the internet service, but perhaps it would be nice if it was a free service to the customers. I know one has to control who uses internets these days, still the cost of that feature was a bit over the top. |

The hotel was clean. The room was rather sterile but perfectly adequate. It was fine for one night before our flight to the U.S. We found a nearby trail for a good hike. The location seemed relatively remote but was fine for access to the airport (about 10 minutes by shuttle). |

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very pleasant. I also liked the second door between the bath and the sleeping area as it afforded complete quiet. |

Great hotel for airport layover or business meeting. Very comfortable bed and room. There is also a nice walking path around a large pond that the back of the hotel looks out over. No shops or restaurants around the hotel. |

We thought that the room was very comfortable,..... and a good size.. bed was comfortable, and it was very clean... the front desk was very helpful..the park view from our room was nice and we really appreciated the shuttle service to frankfurt airport....must sign up the night before.... The internet service.... for the price of the room, we feel wireless should be included in the price of the room... free we paid alot less for other comparible hotel rooms that had free wireless for their customers... |
