A good hotel for what we paid for, good restaurant. Very clean and comfortable.

A little bit isolated from the city centre, but close to airport connection and freeway. Watch the bed! the base extends beyond the mattress and is shin bruiser, so beware.

Morning van driver was really nice, Monday, april 29th.

We got there on a Sunday and almost every place was closed. Ate at restaurant. Waiter was very friendly and service was great since we were the only ones eating The van driver who picked us up on Sunday afternoon was a grouch.

The staff did not informe me that I had to register my name for the shuttle bus. I had to wait 2 hours to be able to use the bus to go to the airport. When I checked in I asked what time did the shuttle bus start in the morning and the staff never mentioned any thing about that I had to reserve.

Internet connection was absolutly useless (I had the impression I had better internet in 1991)... For me this was an absolute deal breaker, as it is unacceptable to pay 180 EUR a night and not even be able to open a website or check you mails. Therefor it was definitly not suited for business stays.

I chosed this hotel because it's close to Commerzbank arena, it's between the Frankfurt main city and airport and gets several supermarkets and dinning facilities. The train station is ten minutes away. Hotels provides shuttles from and to the airport.

My room over looks to a cemetery, alive besides dead, looking to the bright side, I felt so religious

- The hotel has been renewed and is very nice - Hotel staff is friendly and helpful

- There's an incinerator just behind - We had to wait one and a half hour to eat a burger in the hotel restaurant, that was full due a major fair but understaffed.

Very nice hotel and clean. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Free rt shuttle to/from hotel. They have constant shuttle pickup times at hotel and airport stops. Great value for the price. Two of us for 49 euro. Missed our flight. This was a great choice for the one night. Internet was free in all areas.

Restaurant was very nice, but expensive. No wireless internet in the rooms. Luckily, I had a lan cable with me.

As we arrived to the Messe, the location is very convenient. 10 min from airport, 10 min to Messe or 30 min walk+S-bahn. Other things are usual for business hotel

Not very friendly staff. Check-in took too long. But the main "- " is no in-room Wi-Fi, only cable!! Absolutely absurd. You can throw away all your pads, tabs, phones)) or sleep in the lobby

Transportation to the airport works well, just remember to book on time. The hotel is also located very conveniently close to the local buss station, only three stops away from the city center.

The low weekend rate and the free shuttle to airport.

Niederrad is a business district, thus the hotel is not suitable for sightseeing Frankfurt.

Rooms are great and the breakfast buffet is good. Staff are friendly. The location fits well for my business purposes......and there was a great offer on booking.com.

No possibility to iron my clothes in my room! Breakfast is expensive!

It was close to the city and to the airport, parking was easily accessible.

Shower head was broken it would not stay in the up right position. House keeping cleaned the room once but they did not fix the problem.
