Hotel was comfortable, When arrived their was no record of our booking even though they charged my credit card in early Aug and we stayed in Dec. The heating was too warm and the knob to lower it down was broken had to sleep with the window open. All the duvets and pillows were down (feathers) to which a member of our party was allergic. The staff were unresponsive had to complain to management directly. Management were friendly and solved the few issues we had with the hotel but it was'nt worth the hasstle will definitly not stay here again! |

The reception staff in particular were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as I expected given that it cost 19 euro. Breakfast room also lacked atmosphere. |

Great common areas, reception, breakfast hall,etc..When booking a 4-star hotel, you are expecting a 4* room. Instead, when checking-in, the hotel offers 3-star rooms and the possibility to upgrade to 4* by paying an extra fee of 25 euros. I consider this policy to be unacceptable for a reknown chain as the nh Hotels. The nh Heidelberg does not meet the standards of other nh hotels, I.E. in Rome. |

Excellent hotel. 10 minutes from station & Old Town. Nice building. Clean & comfortable. Declined breakfast as expensive. No real complaints. Couple of minor points. Towels rather small & didn't appear to be any way to control temperature in room - but could open window. |

Fairly close to the station. The room was comfortable, clean and affordable. It's not in the Altstadt, but within walking distance. Breakfast was excluded, which actually suited us. This hotel is part of a chain and run as such. You don't get the personal service associated with family run hotels, but at the price we paid, who cares. It was a bit of a mission to get to our room, the result of the incorporation of a adjoining building to make up the hotel. It's not a disaster, but merely a minor inconvenience. Only liquid soap was supplied - fortunately we had our own bar of soap. |

The perfect location for a trip to Heidelberg, a lovely 5 min walk from the city center. The hotel is spaceous and very bright. The old brewery is well integrated into the modern construction of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and quite big, even they could need a little make over. Overall a wonderful hotel. |

The hotel is more a business-oriented hotel. It holds seminar and events and, therefore, lacks the "personal touch". Room is clean, quiet and spacious. About 20 minutes walk to the old town and 20 minutes walk to the train station. |

nothing much,the room size was ok,its clean. staff at check in made us feel like we were an inconvenience,we were given tourist info at check out,that was useless,you will pay extra for absolutely everything,overcharged by double for parking from what was on the booking website.take my advice go somewhere else |

We enjoyed our stay the Staff made us feel very comfortable. It’s a fine building plenty of light and space. It’s also very central to the City, but just far enough away to be nice and quite. Only down side is breakfast is to expensive, we only take Coffee and Toast, but not at €19. each, But there is a fine Café 2 Minutes around the corner. |

5pm checkout on a sunday was fantastic! Hotel room was lovely & very comfortable!! We would have appreciated tea & coffee making facilities in the room at a four star hotel, especially as our friends received an all inclusive breakfast at their hotel/hostels, which were 2 & 3 star accommodation. |

The facilities, ease of access and the room are excellent, If you're looking for comfort, this is a great place to stay. The staff, although very helpful, wasn't proactive in helping customers. What I mean is that I have missed some important information because I did not know to ask about them, while the staff did not enlighten me. However, if asked, the stuff is very helpful and friendly. |

Very large spacious rooms. We had an extra cot in ours and still had lots of space. Great breakfast buffet. Parking was very convenient and easy for a city stay. Bit of a walk to the Aldstadt, but trams and buses were available. |
