NH Heidelberg  

L'albergo è carino, le camere pulite e silenziose. Lo staff alla ricezione è sempre stato molto gentile. L'inizio della via pedonale "Hauptstrasse" si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'albergo. Abbiamo potuto posteggiare l'auto per 24 ore nel garage per 20.00 €. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatte della nostra scelta.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perchè il prezzo di 20.00 € a persona ci sembrava un po' eccessivo. Abbiamo pagato 100.00 € per la camera senza colazione, senza internet e senza posteggio, il prezzo non è eccessivo ma se almeno la colazione e il wifi fossero stati inclusi sarebbe stato un vero affare!

Extensive breakfast buffet; not cheap however.

Very grateful for the front reception staff who organised a doctor's appointment for my very ill daughter, on arrival. Very professional and co-operative staff, including the housekeeping staff.

Disappointed there was no in room tea/coffee making facilities, and did note a advertisement upon arrival to upgrade for 25 euros, bit pricey..

Comfortable, spacious room. We had a double room with a fold-up bed and there was plenty of room for all three of us. Nice view from the window into the ivy-covered buildings on the back side. Very quiet. Lots of cafes to choose from just up the street. Easy walk to the Hauptstrasse.

No breakfast was included with the room. Not a big deal, but the breakfast buffet that was offered was extremely expensive and wasn't an option for us. Nice cafe right up the street, though.

Wifi and parking too expensive

The real room (no.153) we stayed is totally different from the photos on booking.com.. It is very inconvenient and complicate to walk from lobby to the room. The floor of this room is incredible dirty (quite big dust fluffs on the floor), besides, the wall and floor are worn out. We would not recommend the Standard Double Room (€ 85 per night) of this hotel.

Beware of he hotel internet terminal euro5 for 15 min from the hotel reception ok. Timed out during a conversation with my office so I inserted my credit card in the swipe on the terminal and was charged euro7 for a short time plus 6 printed documents. Acceptable.an invoice was duly sent to my email adress for the correct amount.on return to australia I was to find the amount of aus$68.30 Added to my credit card in the name of swisscom internet de muenchen.refered to authoritiy.

They had underground parking.

Breakfast was 20 Euro! Really? WiFi internet was way too slow. My 3g downlink was faster. I got a lecture from the resturaunt staff at lunch ... they didn't plan on having many people come to their resturaunt that day -- how was I supposed to know? I just wanted some lunch. It's not easy to see the hotel as you're driving down the road. Be alert - you'll have about two seconds to make the turn.

Hotel is clean and the room was large.

Directions from the train station were poor and misleading (e.g., they said take a left when they should have said take a right) and as a result our walk was at lest 15 minutes longer. The next morning when we walked back it was much shorter because we were able to take a more direct route. The room was stuffy and the thermostat didn't work. The desk clerk was unable to help us and finally we had to order a fan. It was unsafe to open the window for better air circulation because our third floor window bordered the sky light. Although the hotel was very modern, our room had an older model TV and the remote did not work. For 120 Euros, I felt the hotel was overpriced.

Very nice and clean hotel, excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the center of the town. You can use the s-bahn or bus, just two stops from city center. Hotel parking at the basement costs 15 euros/24h: normal price for the city.

The room we stayed in,was very large.The hotel is calm.It's a little far away (10-15 minutes walk) from the city center but,there's a tram and bus station,in front of the hotel.There are a couple of restaurants and cafes around.

the part of the hotel we stayed wasn't renewed yet.Still old furniture and tv.the bed was not very comfortable.Parking fee costs a lot.
