Nothing Behavior of staff (they asked for an additional 10Euro for 1 hour earlier check in). Very unfriendly people. Very bad room conditions (unconfortable bed, you cannot walk to the hanger if the bathroom dooris open,...)

The functional spaces in the room is very good, there are sufficient space to place things. The attitude and friendliness of the reception to accommodate simple requests should be greatly improved.

its location was genious. The staff was extremely friendly and the fact that the majority of them spoke English made it easy for us. Room service and cleaning did a very good job. There were no bellboys to help with the luggage upon arrival or departure of guests. The Wi Fi net service was awful, you need to get a new password for using the net everyday, and it didn't work properly, usually it went on and off all the time.

Central location in the city friendliness of the staff The breakfast arrangement. It was over-staffed and wasteful. Given that you know how many people are staying there must be a 'break-even' point where individual orders would be much more efficient, cost-effective, and lest wasteful. The information the staff had about the number of guests was not correct, compared to the booking itself.

The front desk staff were very good and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The standard of the room was good but the rates are expensive for what one gets. The fitness equipment is very basic, breakfast is very expensive but the poorest aspect is that the bar restaurant is frequently empty of staff and there is no way to summon them for assistance.

Location Hotel doesn't correspond to price. It's claimed as 4* however worth less than 3*. Breakfast costs 17 euro per person (hardly you able to find any restaurant for diner for this price in Erlangen), terrible free Internet in lobby and very costly in the rooms (I believe, terrible as well), outdated room impressions and two separate and merged beds as "king size bed" Everything for 155euro/day. Just unbelievable.

ruim opgezet goede parkeerfaciliteiten vriendelijk personeel de prijs van het ontbijt is waanzinnig hoog een rookvrije kamer stonk vreselijk naar rook.we mochten ruilen.

Lage ist super: - Autobahnanschluss - nähe Stadtzentum - ruhig Komfort Service und Personal sind top. Sauberkeit Design Vielfältiges Frühstück Sauna Die Parkgebühr mit 12 € / Nacht empfand ich persönlich als hoch. Man bedenke: 1 Woche = 84€ !! das frühstück mit 17€/Person ist auch eher obere Grenze. Konnte nur das Zimmer ohne Frühstück über Booking.com buchen, schade eigentlich.

Prettig dichtbij de snelweg en bij winkels. We hebben heerlijk en een stuk goedkoper ontbeten bij een bakkertje dichtbij . Fijn dat er Wifi is! We konden zonder extra kosten een bed bijzetten voor het 3de kind Niks eigenlijk, de parkeergarage kostte €12

O quarto bastante espaçoso, o pequeno almoço variado e com muita qualidade a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. A localização é muito central em Erlangen e igualmente muito favorável para quem se desloca a Nuremberga. Apenas como nota negativa a funcionária com que fizémos o check out: embora não tenha sido mal educada foi bastante rude e indelicada.

Rien! Mobilier de chambre sale (pellicules sur fauteuil en skaï. Pas de cafetière électrique comme annoncé. Pas de chauffage du tout pendant 2 nuits ( début janvier ...) chambre non faite à 21 heures..; Il a fallu faire preuve d'extrême fermeté à 21h30 pour obtenir une autre chambre où les draps avaient déjà nettement servis ... hôtel à ne pas recommander .
