Staff was very cooperative.
1. Of the two elevators available, only one goes to the parking basement. It takes a lot of time, especially during check-out time, to catch this basement elevator to load your luggage into the car. 2. The wireless Internet Service in this hotel is old-fashioned! Half of the ID & Password combinations you receive at the reception were already used up and void. It takes time and efforts to find a valid one - and then it's only valid for 24 hours - so the whole procedure starts again next day. Extremely time-killing and nerve-wrecking. 3. The Hotel Bar already closed at 22:00 - much too early !!! No chance to enjoy a late drink with your friends.
Good service, good people Clean and well kept rooms Staff make an effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible Convenient parking
Limited options on the breakfast menu, but still good quality
Large room Comfy beds Helpful staff
No tea/coffee making facilities
location breakfast staff room in general
double bed separates, couples can't really sleep "together"
Great location in City Centre Excellent breakfast with very good service
The young ladies working at the hotel all were very nice. They were very helpful in making arrangements and with requests.
Upon checking in, the staff at the hotel (gentleman) was rude. I asked for an extra towel in my room. I had just flown for 15 hours and I wanted to take a shower, sleep, and wake the next morning and shower again. He question me in a rude manner as to why I needed and extra towel. Could never get the room temperature to be constant. Always hot in the day and very cold at night. Blanket cover was too small and needed two just to cover the bed.
Good staff, good breakfast, good facility.
Do not worth it. Too expensive for its offering.
The behaviour of the staff during check in.
the staff and the location
the hotel need to chench the carpit and tawell and the bedshett
Staff was very friendly and helpfull
Beds and blankets are small, water in shower is slow and tv is smaller than a desktop computer's monitor.
- great location, right at the start of Erlangen's pedestrian zone - cinema nearby - parking garage (13€)
- everything seems a bit old and run-down in the rooms
the receptionists are helpful.
room is a bit old.
Staff were very good. Polite helpful nothing too much trouble for them. Did'nt have the breakfast can't make a comment but found 18 euros per person a little expensive. Also I noticed a couple trying to find the restaurant due to the lack of signage.Overall enjoyed our stay.
Poor Internet performance.
Internet limitation (only 24 hours and 100 MB for free??????). This for sure does not align well with the "business" hotel. For double price in contrast to the other hotels I would expect to have at least high speed internet with no limitations and at least flat TV.
Too expensive for what it offers!!
Near to the city center.
Windows are not soundproofed as stated. Limited choice at the restaurant.
Close to the main roD, city center
Very noisy room. Windows not soundproofed. Limited seats and choice at the restaurant. No complimentary water. Slow internet connection
very uncomfortable and small bed!
